We had never rented a condo in Florida before so we were a little nervous about the process and the possibilities of being scammed. This condo was just as advertised. We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and well maintained. We felt comfortable and safe at all times. It felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed fantastic views of the beach and sunsets from the balcony. We also enjoyed multiple walks on the beach everyday. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub, both being clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this condo to others. Our only complaint is that we had to leave the condo and come back to the cold and snowy weather.The process of renting the condo was very easy to do. We hope to have the opportunity to go back to the condo again. Thank you Suzan and Gary for renting us your condo. We thoroughly enjoyed it and it made for a great family vacation! Joanne & Gary

Gary and I arrived the day after your family left for a couple weeks stay in January. We were also glad to find the condo in super condition, since we hired a new cleaning service in Oct. '11. It is very important to us that our condo is well maintained and cleaned thoroughly after each party leaves. We are sorry that you had to return to wintry weather upon your return home. My family and I had a wonderful time at this lovely condo. The listing's pictures are accurate, but don't really live up to the comfortable, relaxing, and clean condo this really is. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching dolphins swim by. There was plenty of room for our five adult party. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking to rent a condo right on the beach. The owners were great, everything about the rental process went smoothly and all my questions were answered in a timely fashion. Thank you so much, we had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay and were not disappointed. The pictures and write up were exactly what we found. Being on the 5th floor gives a great view of the beach and sunsets and also affords privacy. We have been coming to this area for the last 7 years and this is one of the nicest condos we have found. We will certainly keep Suzan and Gary's contact information for our next visit. We found a restaurant we visited on Jim's birthday and would recommend it if you enjoy authentic Italian cuisine... all fresh and everything made on site. It is Cesare's on the Beach in Clearwater Beach. Go north on Beach Bl and after going over bridge you turn left at the 1st light. Cesare's is on the right side as you make the turn.

I write this as we are sitting in the unit. We have been coming to this unit for over 15 years. It was starting to show its age. Since you took possession of this unit the change has been wonderful. New furniture, appliances and freshening up has made it much nicer to stay in. It has everything you need and then more. We booked through an agency here who have been very good too. We plan to continue our vacations here.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with and was very responsive to our questions. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed hearing the sounds of the sea and seeing the gulf "ocean" right from our bedroom and living room too! The decor of the condo was wonderful - very bright and cheery with lots of extra that many places don't have. The kitchen was well equipped but with so many wonderful restaurants a short drive away we rarely cooked in! The pool and hot tub were wonderful additions. We enjoyed our stay so much we are already talking of returning next year. You can't beat it for location and amenities both inside and out!

We want people to feel that they are in a special place when they come to our condo on the beach. I ditto what you said about the great places to eat... Gary and I rarely cook either when we're there. Most of the restaurants are not big name chains or franchises, they are locally owned and draw people from all around for their renowned food and dining atmosphere. Hope you come back next year! Hi Suzan We are having a wonderful time at your condo. It is perfect for us. I love seeing the beautiful waters from our bedroom and the living room too! We've gone to a Pirates game in Bradenton, tomorrow we see a Nat's game (our home team). We've seen Ybor city, had dinner at Berns Steak House (worth every calorie), and a place my husband's dermatologist recommended called the Beach Bistro on a little island beach to the south. This after noon we play golf at Largo Golf Course and then dine at Guppy's. The weather has been perfect! We love the condo - it's very well kept and well appointed! It is going to be hard to go home on Saturday - back to rainy cold weather - in VA and WV. We are already talking of doing this again! Thanks! Kathleen

This was one of the biggest highlights of my life...we celebrated our 50 Anniversary and it was so divine....wish I could do it all over again...the condo is just exactly like it is stated...maybe better...walking distances to many nice restaurants...my favorite was the beautiful sunsets....loved it...loved it...would highly recommend....thanks Suzan for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo....

Sandcastle North at Indian Rocks Beach

We are just finishing our week at this Sandcastle North condo. It has been a great value with plenty of room for six guests. The property was clean, well decorated, and the owner was very helpful. We would recommend this property in the future.

This was one great condo! It was very clean, comfortable and the view was amazing! There were so many things to do that were within walking distance. Located in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, the condominium is centrally located with restaurants in walking distance. The condominium is small and easily accessible to the pool area and beach. Good accommodations recently renovated. Excellent Sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Very children friendly. Tampa and St. Pete Beach very close. We will be back.

Very private and beautifully decorated! Great place to take the family and close enough to major theme parks to have some extra fun!
