This unique, almost Lake Front home was build over a small stream. Water falls can be heard as you sleep at night or relax on the plush couches or lazy boy chairs. Enjoy this large 2200 square foot home with your family or friends. Walk out one of the back doors and a short stroll through the woods takes you to the lake and doc- about 150 yards. Living area on the main floor includes a large living room complete with couches, 2 lazy boy chairs and a wood burning stove.
The main floor also has a dining area, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (one with a king bed the other with both a full and a single), laundry room with washer and dryer, and 2 large decks- front and back. Downstairs is the game room with pool table, Foosball, 2 couches, an ottoman, and TV with large (300+) DVD collection. The downstairs back deck also has a deluxe digitally controlled Jacuzzi with 3 pumps and 56 jets! Downstairs has a piece of glass in the floor to view the stream underneath- also an area that views a nice waterfall. On the top level (3 stories) is the master bedroom and bath. This large master bedroom has a deluxe king bed, couch with pullout bed, and a single bed. This is an extremely fun and memorable home to stay in- winter or summer. In the summer full dock access is included and Kayaks are available.
Home has 2 king beds, a full bed, 2 single beds and a pull out couch. It also has 4 couches and 2 lazy boy style chairs. We have comfortably slept 18 people at this home- but not all had beds. Kitchen has a gas cooking range, ovens, microwave, frig, coffee maker, toaster, trash compactor and dishwasher. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Also bar-b-q on back deck. There are also tons of blankets, pillows and linens.
Almost on the lake- this home touches the ALA trail, a couple miles from the Lake Arrowhead Village, and about 45 minutes to the lifts in Big Bear. Pool table, Foosball, Jacuzzi tub, lake, doc with diving board, boating, kayak, sleds, games, movies, relax and enjoy the sounds of the stream.
