Drive down a tree lined street to your private acre retreat. These exquisite side by side homes with walk out beach provide breathtaking views and superior comfort. Located within minutes to historic Roche Harbor Resort and Marina and downtown Friday Harbor, you will find fine restaurants and great shopping.
British Camp National Park with its great hiking trails is only 5 minutes away. Near by is San Juan Golf & Country Club for golf and tennis and clubhouse dining. Bring your own bike or rent from the Bike shop downtown. Launch your kayak in your front yard into Garrison Bay. No kayak - no problem, Crystal Seas Kayaking offers tours and rentals. Bird watchers and naturalist will enjoy viewing the bays abundant wildlife from canoe, kayak or waterside patio. Soak in sun all day while you enjoy the panoramic views and steam fresh crab or BBQ clams. The expansive lawn rolls to waters edge and is perfect for family games of volleyball, badminton, croquet and Bocce . Equipment provided.
Both homes are decorated with comfortable contemporary furnishings and have large windows to take advantage of striking bay views from throughout the homes which features bright open interiors. Every detail is exceptional with plush spa towels and Egyptian cotton sheets .
The two story main home, Garrison Getaway, sleeps 8, consists of two master bedrooms upstairs. With King bed , private balcony to the bay and a marble master bath to die for, the Jacuzzi tub for two and fireplace in bedroom and bath await your indulgence. The second bedroom with queen bed has a private bath with jetted soaking tub and views of the gardens.
The 3rd bedroom garden room is on the main level with two twin beds. An additional queen bed is available upon request.
The kitchen with granite counters and 10' island bar is fully stocked with professional gas cook top, double ovens and subzero refrigerator and freezer. Even a bread maker is available for your use and enjoyment! The great room with massive 15' tall brick fireplace has a large screen TV with satellite dish for excellent TV reception and selection of channels, surround sound, CD, DVD player included.
Guest house Bayside Bungalow sleeps 6 comfortably in its 1845 square feet of living space. The wrap around patio/deck extends the length of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. An oversized master bedroom offers a King bed and private deck area. The Master bath has twin sinks, full walk in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twins, both with garden views. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Large great room, living room with dining area. Satellite dish TV, CD, and DVD player
Homes are also Available separately, the Bayside Bungalow is available @ $200 - $325 per night ($1300 – $1900 per week) or the Main House, Garrison Getaway, @ $300 - $425 per night ($1800 - $2600 per week).
