This condo complex is your one stop ocean getaway destination. Any guests who rent this condo can enjoy the oceanfront proximity of the condo with DIRECT beach access, use of the clubhouse featuring a fireplace, kitchenette, lounge area, pool, locker rooms, sauna, hot tub, boat launch, boat storage and boat docks. Wireless internet is available throughout the entire complex for your use as well.
This is unit E217 located on the second floor of the complex. As you walk in, there is a small coat closet to your left. The fully equipped kitchen is also to your left as you enter. We have a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher and many utensils. There is a bar that opens into the dining area. We have 4 barstools for seating at the bar. As you walk past the kitchen, the condo opens up into the dining area and living room. The living room has plenty of seating, a large flat screen television, DVD player with videos and best of all, sliding glass doors out to the deck! You can listen to the ocean right from the living room. The bedrooms are located just off the dining area with a master bedroom with queen bed on the ocean side, also with sliding glass doors out to the deck, private bath, television and plenty of closet space. There is a washer and dryer closet in the hallway as you approach the next two bedrooms. The bedroom to the left has 2 twin beds a closet and a great view of the sound and dock area. The remaining bedroom has a queen bed, bedroom access to the shared bathroom and best of all, sliding glass doors out to the back balcony.
You have one of the best views of the sound from this back deck. This is a really great complex to rent in. The neighbors are friendly and you're away from it all, yet have all the comforts of home.
