The Waterfront Suite is on a quiet street on the island. It has magnificent views of Pensacola Beach Sound from each of its three sliding glass doors. What pleasant views to wake up to! After breakfast open one of your glass doors and find yourself 7 steps from the Sound Beach where you can sunbathe. Or, maybe you would rather go down the pier steps to the sound and snorkel in search of a star fish, or go swimming in the palm tree surrounded pool. If it's too early maybe you'd just rather stroll down the pier with your cup of coffee to enjoy the views of the water, breathe pollution free air, and why not try some fishing. Perhaps after a few hours you decide to walk the two short blocks to the ocean and go swimming. Why not build the ultimate sand castle.

In the evening under the palm trees you can grill some of the fish you've caught and a few steaks. While dining you'll be amazed at the sun setting over the sound. If you have a boat you can temporarily dock it overnight at the slip on the pier and then go into the central part of Pensacola Beach to check out the nightlife. You can also go to the beach after dark and watch, maybe chase a little, the numerous ghost crabs leaving their holes on the way to the ocean. Bring bathing suits, beach towels, sunscreen and a commitment to relax. You'll leave restored after a week in paradise.

  • My husband and I had a fabulous vacation at this suite. It is right on the water and so peaceful. The beach is a short walk away and the views of the bay are amazing. We look forward to a return visit very soon. We would recommend this suite to anyone.

  • The suite and view was everything described and more. It is so quiet and peaceful there. We wanted to get away and enjoy the ocean without alot of people and that is what we got. It was incredible to watch the dolphins and fish jump right in front of us while we sat on the patio. I am hoping to bring our son the next time because it is such a wonderful place.

  • My husband and I booked this studio apt. online and were expecting so much from our first vacation in 7 years. We were not disapointed in the least. The apt was exactly as depicted and the unexpected bonus was meeting the owner and her family, who made us feel at home. We caught fish from the dock and relaxed in the peaceful surroundings even on a busy holiday week. It is located near all of the local shopping, restaurants and rental huts. The gulf is across the road and has a gorgeous beach. If you need to get away, this is the place to run to.

  • My daughter attended the Gulf Breeze invitational swim meet over the weekend. It was the best meet all year. The suite has amazing views. If you sleepwalk you'd better close the door or you won't take long to hit water. The kids loved the mini-beach off the porch. The walk to the ocean was minimal and the beach is a shell seeker's paradise. I wish I had more time to fish as you won't find a rental with a better dock to cast a line. My favorite part was the 15 foot luggage walk from the parking space to the suite. This was a very good value compared to what you would pay and get for a hotel room on the island. If you have kids do not miss the Naval Aviation museum.

  • We had a wonderful visit. The place was very kid friendly. The suite accomodated all of our needs. The views were stunning. We had a very relaxing and fun vacation. Loved the fishing, swimming, and beaches (which are the best in all of north Florida).
