The interior of the home is spacious with the classic cute “cottage” appeal. The house floor plan includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 small bedrooms (one does not have closet), office, master bedroom (does not have closet but does have dresser) and 1 ½ bath. The house has great "energy" and just feels very homey. It's a great beach house where you can come home from a day at the beach or hanging out in the yard and not worry about messing anything up. Just relax and enjoy.

ACTIVITIES/BEACH: Newport beach is a block and a short fun ferry ride away. Balboa Island is a beautiful area and a great walking town. Take a walk around the island to people and boat watch. If you go across the ferry to the Balboa Peninsula, enjoy the merry-go-round, shops, restaurants, rent a boat or ski doo, take the Catalina Ferry to Catalina Island, or just hang out at the Newport Beach. This house is less than a 15 minute drive to the beautiful artistic town of Laguna Beach (on the way pass through or stop and enjoy Crystal Cove State park on the right – and more shopping/restaurants on the left) and in the opposite direction, the hip trendy surf town of Huntington Beach. Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are about 30 minute’s drive away.
GOLFERS: The newly reopened and renowned Pelican Hills Golf Course and Resort (featuring the world’s largest circular pool and beautiful spa), home of two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by Tom Fazio, is located only 5 minutes away.
SHOPPERS: While there is so much shopping along Pacific Coast Highway and Marine Avenue (Balboa island main street), and across the ferry on the Peninsula, the famous Fashion Island is just a few minutes from the house. This outdoor mall features some of the best shopping in Southern California along with restaurants, and movie theaters. The shops include Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Apple, Macy’s, Lulu Lemon, and many others. The restaurants include Fleming’s, Roy's, P.F. Chang’s, and the Cheesecake Factory…and coming soon Dean & Deluca.
