As you enter your 24th floor home you will immediately feel that you are right on the beach. Expansive sliding glass doors stretching the full length of the living and dining rooms fully open to let the cool ocean breezes captivate your senses. Rattan furnishings, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, pastel colors and travertine marble flooring throughout create a relaxing beach-resort ambience.
The fully equipped open kitchen with a marble breakfast bar and stools is the perfect setting in which to entertain while enjoying the breathtaking Acapulco bay views. The dining room seats 8 guests, and private chef services can be arranged in advance. The recently remodeled balcony affords the perfect setting in order to watch the spectacular sunsets while enjoying your favorite cocktail.
Each of the three bedrooms are equipped with new "mini-split" air conditioning units, ceiling fans and private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen bed and a single bed combination. One of the guest rooms offers two single beds and the other guest room offers a full bed and a single bed combination. There is a powder room off of the living room and a laundry center with stackable washer and dryer in the condo as well.
Set in a prime location, this complex affords the convenience to shops, restaurants, nightlife and entertainment within walking distance. A private beach is located just off of the pool area and your own lighted tennis courts provide the opportunity to improve your game during your vacation stay.
