We’re very sparsely populated, quiet, park-like, guarded and gated with our own private access to the beach. Our community, 'Seabluffe', neighbors South Carlsbad State Beach, Ponto Beach and Batiquitos Lagoon for walking and world-class coastal birding. Our beach, Grandview Beach, is excellent for surfing, body-surfing, swimming, sand castles and long walks day or night.

You'll love how central this is to all San Diego attractions, yet still a calm sanctuary surrounded by nature's perfection. Come enjoy island-like paradise living in beautiful Southern California.
Our 1600 square foot 2-story townhouse (bedrooms downstairs) has two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a 2-car garage with laundry. Just two years ago we remodeled and designer decorated with all new furnishings, flooring and fixtures. It's quite lovely inside our home and just 1 door down from our quiet Cul-de-sac location is a secure gate to access beautiful Grandview Beach.
You can lounge around with the ocean sounds throughout the house, and relax while watching pelicans fly overhead or take beach walks. At low tide you can walk for over five miles in either direction. For more excitement we are near all of the Southern California attractions including Legoland, the World Famous San Diego Zoo, San Diego Wild Animal Park, SeaWorld, Disney Land and many, many more.
Inside our home you’ll find places to read or watch TV. We have televisions and Blu-Ray DVd players in every room, all of which have sleep-timers and premium cable with HBO. In the master bedroom there is a cal-king-sized Beautyrest bed (so comfy!) with 100% cotton sheets, private bath, TV/DVD and sliding glass door onto our beautiful, lush, private garden. Sip coffee in the morning outside the bedroom while you read the paper in peace and quiet, bliss!
In the second bedroom there is a queen-sized Beautyrest (so comfy!) with 100% cotton sheets, TV/DVD, rocking chair and a large window onto garden (see picture). The pack-n-play (including spare linens/blankets) is kept in this room's closet.
The upstairs living room is large and has ocean views. Telecommute from the huge genuine leather sectional. It is not a pull-out, but is large enough to sleep comfortably on. This room also has a gas fireplace, and 32” television. Also on this level you'll find a library nook daybed perfect for children's sleeping. The home-office is here too.
Our home has a table for 8. It's pub-style so you can see the water from the dinner table. Off the dining room is a large closet where we keep the high chair.

We are at this lovely home for the second stay in 2 years. They have thought of absolutely everything. Every conceivable entertainment and creature comfort has been provided. Boogie boards, bikes, kites, strollers, tennis equip., games, movies, Netflix. barbeque... the list goes on forever. The sand is right down the stairs. If you like to cook you will be in heaven! The view is amazing, the complex and pools are perfect, and the whole area is as peaceful as a spa. I saw a whale the last time I was here. I love having a garage and laundry just like at home. Because the neighborhood is gated drivers are slow and cautious. Our hosts are the most accommodating people I have ever met. This home is convenient to freeways, shopping, dining, golf, and Legoland. If you have the opportunity to stay here do not hesitate. My family and I can't say enough wonderful things about our stay at this Encinitas condo. From Sean & Bunny's response to our first e-mail, to the hospitality extended throughout our stay, to accommodating an early arrival and late departure; they do a fantastic job in ensuring that their guests feel very much at home! The place is beautiful and much roomier than we expected. You can also see and hear the soothing ocean from the balcony and living area. The garage is filled with bicycles, boogie & surf boards, tennis racquets...so much! And everything is very close. We'll definitely be returning same time next year! Can't wait! This wonderful townhouse is in a fantastic location for a vacation in Southern California. Minutes from I-5, 20 minutes to SeaWorld, 10 minutes to Legoland. Just steps to the beach, and the owners provide boogie and surf boards! A well stocked kitchen so you don't have to eat out all the time. Very responsive owners, comfortable accomodations, and a balcony to watch the sun set. We will definitely stay here the next time we travel to the area. Highly recommend it!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

As I write this I am sitting at the desk in this beautiful property listening to the ocean crashing and birds singing. Those two things have been about the only sounds I have heard here. It is incredibly peaceful and we never want to leave! The complex is amazing, beautiful grounds, easy beach access, gorgeous pools... We could have left half the stuff we packed behind because this is the most well equipped vacation rental I have ever seen. We do rent annually and I have been in a lot of places and I can honestly say I have never felt more at home. Everything is clean and fresh, down to a new sponge at the kitchen sink. They thought of absolutely everything. You just can't believe how great this place is until you get here. The property owners have been as helpful as the concierge at a five star resort :) We have our small dog with us and the complex is great for her. Plenty of sidewalks, grass and room for us to walk. I would not think twice about staying at this lovely property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This home is beautiful. The pictures posted on the VRBO website are true and accurate. Sean was very helpful in answering questions even including places to grocery shop. la proximité de la plage en fait un délice pour qui veut surfer ou promener avec ou sans enfants. La maison est en très bon état,spacieuse, idéale pour les familles ( nous avons 4 enfants! ). Nous avons apprécié la piscine chauffée et le spa. Proximité autoroute (San Diego est à seulement 30 minutes et 1h30 de Los Angeles) tout en étant au calme dans ce grand lotissement au bord de l'océan. Le propriétaire est très attentif à nos besoins, il nous a fourni une poussette, barrière de protection pour les escaliers...le propriétaire est également disponible pour n'importe quelle question, ce qui rend ce lieu très accueillant. . Maison à recommander.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our young family had a great time staying here. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the beach was a fun and adventurous little walk away. The kids loved the stash of toys upstairs and we all had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It was really nice having the backyard nook and the deck upstairs to enjoy the sea air and listen to the ocean.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Its a full day trip, but for our foreign visitors, or sun-lovers craving escape from June Gloom, this state park is the largest in the contiguous 48 states. Really cool, usually hot and sunny.
