"Red Pine Lodge" is a log vacation home on the shores of beautiful Wynne Lake. Surrounded by gorgeous red pines, the home is across the lake from Giants Ridge and minutes from the Ski Hill and nationally ranked Golf Courses. The area offers year-round activities for all ages—golfing, skiing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and snowmobiling.
Red Pine Lodge was built for multi-family living and is perfect for group gatherings. Fully furnished with all the amenities, RPL will allow you to experience the most enjoyable vacation possible. Relax on spacious decks, enjoy cocktails in the screen porch, play billiards, ping-pong, and English darts in the rec room, and utilize wireless internet access anywhere on the property. You can even enjoy an old fashioned Finish sauna!
Accommodations are log home casual, but first class quality. Red Pine Lodge has four private bedrooms, three baths, two showers, one jetted bathtub, a washer and dryer, gas grill, wireless internet, cable TV, and two iPod docking stations.
The central gathering area is a vaulted-ceiling great room featuring a fully-equipped kitchen, a 5 stool granite countertop island, a field stone gas fireplace, and huge windows that fully capture awesome lake views and beautiful sunsets. The main level also features a large dining area, a walk-in pantry, a mud room, a full bathroom, and two private bedrooms.
The upper level has a private bedroom, a full bath, an open bunkroom with 3 separate twin-over-full bunk beds, and a unique “eagles nest” loft that kids need to take turns using because they all want to sleep up there!
The rec room is located on the walk-out lower level, which also features a private bedroom, a laundry/ski wax room, and a bathroom with a swimsuit changing area, cedar sauna, and tiled shower. The bedroom on this level has a full bed and a bunk bed, and is perfect for a 4 person family with younger children.
By design, Red Pine Lodge has a single TV/DVD player, but lots of games and group activities that encourage interactive quality time together. It is ideally suited for multi-generational gatherings and multi-family vacations. And when several families split the cost, you simply can’t beat the overall value!
