Newly updated spring 2009. VERY UPSCALE! New kitchen appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, ceramic tile throughout including in 2 car attached garage. Gorgeous furniture, mostly Ethan Allen and Bernhardt. Sectional sofa in den, and the living room sofa, are both leather. Also leather ottoman and chair in living room. Also has 5 new crystal chandeliers, 4 ceiling fans with lights, new mattress on bed, and top quality linens. Traditional or juvenile linens available for twin beds!! New coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. crock pot, and hair dryer. New "Kitchen Aid" pots and pans and new cutlery and dishes to service 8 people. TVs in both bedrooms. Private club membership to Tarpon Yacht and Racquet club which is located on the grounds. Clubhouse has large fine dining restaurant and bar. Casual dining on terrace and tiki bar by pool. Club also has fitness center, 6 lighted tennis courts and tennis pro shop. Club periodically has live entertainment, luncheons with speakers, and buffet specials. ***Private water taxi (boat) to Wiggins State Park Beach is provided to all club members. Water Taxi runs 2 times every hour on the hour and on the 1/2 hour. Chairs and towels are provided for use at the beach. Beach is equipped with picnic tables, grills, restrooms, fishing, and lots of sunshine!!
