Within 30 feet form the waters’ edge, this guesthouse comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living area, dining area with fully equipped modern kitchen, large covered deck and barbecue which provides for a great outdoor dining area and offers stunning views along the coastline and the west Maui mountains. Nice furniture and decoration. Ideal for windsurfing, surfing, kayak, snorkeling. Beautiful gardens. Close to all services, shopping and restaurants. White sandy beach. Windsurf or Kite surf directly from the beach. Bike route passing a short distance outside the gated estate.
Approximately 2200 sq ft. This Beach Cottage is located in Sprekelsville, on a 4.2 acre private property with 700 ft of beach frontage. It is 5 km from either Paia or Kahalui.

If you are a windsurfer, it does not get any better for location. And I was always told, location, location, location.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
I love to swim in the morning, before the wind picks up. Around 11h00, it is nice to have a sail, come back for lunch and go out again sailing or for a great bike ride in the Iaou Valley. Come back and take a walk on the beach with the dog. Life in Maui is about staying fit and healthy.

Hi, I am Suzanne, octopus fishing in front of the house in Maui. You might prefer kayaking, but I must say I got quite a thrill, when the octopus squirted its ink and got the water completely black.
You never really see the octopus, I was lucky. You will see lots of turtles if you windsurf or sit on the chairs in front of the beach and look out.

Exactly what we hoped it would be.

We've been to Maui numerous times but our stay at the Beach House was the best visit to date. The photos of the place can't quite do the place justice, it has a rare charm that needs to be experienced. We found the following particularly appealing: great privacy, house within a few feet of private beach with the sound of the ocean to soothe your cares away. A spacious, clean place with very nice, comfortable casual decor and glass all around and a well equipped Kitchen. There's WiFi for those you must stay in touch, although I spent much time lounging on the large inviting couch on the Veranda, reading or just listening to the waves. The property is close to the Kahului Airport so one has to get used to planes taking off, but with the ocean masking much of the sound, after a day or so we mostly ignored the planes. Paia, with its Mana Foods Grocery, several restaurants and shops etc. is a short drive away and provided everything we needed. If more is desired then Kahului with its extensive options is also close by, driving in the opposite direction. For day trips to Lahaina or Hana on the east side of the Island, as well Upcountry to Makawao etc. the house is ideally located and we made several such excursions. Being Dog lovers, we found the presence of Ziggy the Rottweiler an extra bonus. He's a great, friendly fellow and keeps an eye on the place to boot. We just booked the house again for early next year, perhaps that tells you more than the review itself. Aloha

Aloha Suzanne, My soul is being replenished. This spot is truly my idea of heaven on earth. The cottage is perfection. Love the soaps, love the beach towels, love the mosquito nets-they're beautiful. I only wish I had come for the month like George and Angela... Sorry to have missed you. Thank you so much for making this perfect time and place happen. Mahalo, Barb
