The apartment is situated in the 11th arrondissement in the courtyard of a recent building with elevator. The building is in a private street, it can not be it seen from the outside.
It is a second floor (first "étage"), 1010 sqf (94 sq meters) and very quiet home.
The living room has a balcony, a sofa bed, a sofa and two armchairs, a coffee table and a TV.
You can eat in the living room on a table that can stand 8 people .
The kitchen is separated from the living room and has all you need to cook (refrigerator, microwave, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher and washer)
There are THREE BEDROOMS : the first bedroom has 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom, the second has a queen size bed, the third has 2 single beds.

The building is in the lively area of the rue Oberkampf and within walking distance of the Marais and the Père Lachaise.
The district has a lot of supermarkets, bars, restaurants etc ...
The Boulevard Richard Lenoir is also very close with a twice weekly street market, selling all you need for a gourmet meal.
The Metro from Parmentier will take you to the Grands Magasins ,the Paris Opera and the Pere Lachaise Cimetary.
Five minutes walk away is the Metro Menilmontant which will take you directly to Pigalle, the Arc de Triomphe and Montmartre.
Five minutes walk away is the Metro Oberkampf, which is on two lines, which will take you directly to the Eurostar at Gare du Nord in fifteen minutes, or to the Champs Elysees.
Five minutes walk away is the Metro Goncourt which will take you to the Hotel de Ville and Chatelet.
And , the number 46 bus goes directly from Gare du Nord to Av Parmentier and the number 96 bus goes directly from Gare Montparnasse to rue Oberkampf.
