This beautiful Brewster home is located on a wonderful, warm large pond which looks more like a lake. My kids (ages 3 & 5) loved swimming in the pond which was shallow enough for them. We enjoyed kayaking every day. We spent many hours relaxing on the deck; the view was perfect! The layout of the house is great for a large family. A plus was the pool table in the rec room.
