Our villa is located just 200 yards away from Kiawah's East Beach. You can walk down the villa steps to the beach access way and bike trail and be at the ocean in less than 1 minute.
The villa is extremely inviting and has been nicely renovated. The living room is attractively furnished and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen (which is completely stocked) seats four. The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed!
You can enjoy breakfast and other meals on the screened porch which overlooks the lagoon.
Night Heron Park, East Beach, East Beach Tennis Club, the Town Center and The Sanctuary Hotel are all within walking and biking distances. All of the Island's golf courses are easily accessible as well.

No smoking or pets are allowed at the villa. Outside barbecues and grills are also not allowed.
