Our villa is located just 200 yards away from Kiawah's East Beach. You can walk down the villa steps to the beach access way and bike trail and be at the ocean in less than 1 minute.
The villa is an inviting getaway. The entire unit was renovated from top to bottom - just this past December. The living room is attractively furnished and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The kitchen (which is completely stocked) seats four and has new cabinets and granite countertops. The separate bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed. The newly tiled bathroom sports a new shower and vanity with granite countertop .
You can enjoy breakfast and other meals on the screened porch which overlooks the lagoon.
Night Heron Park, East Beach, East Beach Tennis Club, the Town Center and The Sanctuary Hotel are all within walking and biking distances. All of the Island's golf courses are easily accessible as well.
The villa is perfect for a long weekend or for a week's stay. Check out our calendar for availability.
No smoking or pets are allowed at the villa. Outside barbecues and grills are also not allowed.
