LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION...ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE NEW GLAZE MEADOW POOL COMPLEX, YET VERY QUIET AND PRIVATE ON 2 1/2 ACRES. South Meadow 222, one of the largest lots and best locations in Black Butte Ranch!! The long private driveway leads you to this 3000 SF remodeled Executive Home. There are several parking spots to accommodate friends and family. This home is very open and spacious throughout with large rooms. The Great Room has very high ceilings with a stone fireplace, open to the dining room and Kitchen. The deck is extra large, perfect for entertaining. The Master bedroom(King size bed) is on the main level and opens onto the private side of the deck. It has a new remodeled bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
The 2nd bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed. The 3rd bedroom, on the main level, is very popular with teenagers that like to sleep in. It is in the front of the house off the mudroom entry, very quiet. It is a smaller room that has a set of bunkbeds. The upstairs loft area is private,(a queen bed) and has its own private bathroom. There also is another bedroom under the eaves. The combination of these 2 rooms is considered the 5th bedroom and will sleep 5 People; The bonus space under the eaves has a double and single bed( see pictures) This space is a big hit if you have younger children. Although, my niece who is 10, always claims these 2 rooms for her family.
The downstairs basement is our new addition. We added a new bedroom with 2 twins and a set of bunkbeds. The "cowboy" room is off of the game room and has a bathroom close by. The Game Room is newly remodeled. We added a fireplace, new carpet, and a slider door onto the large patio. This room is perfect for kids; games, foosball, TV, darts, etc; A great place for kids to hang out when the parents are upstairs socializing :) This home can accommodate 4 families comfortably!! Excellent House, Excellent Location, it has it all!!!!

Anybody that has vacationed in Black Butte Ranch knows it is a very magical and special place. Not only is it geared to the active lifestyle, it still lends itself to much relaxation. When we invite our friends to come visit us in Black Butte Ranch, not only do we enjoy all the amenities the resort has to offer, but we always visit Bend (25 minutes away). We take the kids river rafting, fishing, biking, floating along the Deschutes River, farmers markets, concerts in the park, and enjoy the many wonderful restaurants Bend has to offer. Black Butte Ranch is unlike any other resort around!

Our Family has vacationed in Black Butte Ranch since 2000. We had been searching for that perfect vacation home for many years, and in 2005 we found and purchased our home. The location is what sold us!! 2 1/2 acres across the street from Glaze Meadow Complex, it doesn't get much better!! I spent the last 3 years remodeling and adding additional rooms to our home and it now is just perfect! I hope your family will appreciate it as much as our family and friends do.

Dear Angela, Thank you so much for letting us rent your Black Butte home. The physical layout worked well for our extended family. The five grandchildren claimed the bunk rooms downstairs and loved it, and they slept in most mornings and didn't wake the adults. Your large deck was the social focal point of most meals and the kids got their own table which they enjoyed. Your large round table was great for socializing at mealtime. Your kitchen was generously supplied with necessary utensils and serving dishes and worked well. It is a great location and we walked to the seventh fairway for evening whiffle ball and Bocce. I have sent you a $500.00 check today to reserve it next year for July 9-July 16 2011. We have been going to Black Butte for 35 years off and on and consecutively for the past twelve years.
