This condo was an exceptionally fantastic place to stay. It was clean and had everything we needed there. Bob, was great and attended to any requests we had. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in the Hollywood /Ft Lauderdale area. Again I give this place a AAA rating and will return next year!!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Very Clean and cozy with a perfect location. We've been to Hollywood Beach for many years and the first time staying there. It's small but everything you need, and Bob is the perfect landlord. Highly recommend it.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This is our second stay at this great compact condo with all the necessary amenities and a very nice pool. The location is perfect--within steps of the beach/Boardwalk but just far enough away from the crowds. A little bit of paradise! The owner is a pleasure to work with and responds very quickly to any inquiries.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

We had a great time, it's my second time there. The place is very clean and has everything you could need, and the owner is a very nice person and very professional in respect the rent of the place. We had a GREAT time. The condo is absolutely ADORABLE!!! Just steps from the beach. Condo has EVERYTHING you need for your stay. Owners go out of their way to pay attention to every single detail.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We stayed at the cottage for almost a week, and we adored the place. Pictures and video give a great reflection of the appartment. It is not large - you have to collapse the table to pull down the bed, but so cleverly equipped that everything you could need - even to stay for an extended period - is there. The appartment was very clean - surrounding area including the beaches is also very clean and felt very safe. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. We had a wonderful time at this cozy and clean studio. It was very quiet. We saw the most amazing sunrise one morning, It's was so convenient to the beach, only a few steps.. I would recommend this studio, it is cozy but, comfortable. Walking was so nice in the later part of the day and just watching the ocean was relaxing..Bob was very helpful with any questions we had...thanks..Recommended for: Sightseeing

We spent 5 nights at the Hollywood Beach Studio. It was very clean, great location and steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The beach is on one side and the inter-coastal is on the other side. It is down the street from the fishing boats. (If you like fishing) I would recommend this property to others, looks exactly like the pictures.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

I HIGHLY recommend this small but wise use of space neat very clean mantained. The pictures are real deal and the owners are GREAT. I definitely coming back again and the beach just there love it. I spent 3 days but next time will be much longer it is worth it. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS PALCE TO MY BEST FRIENDS.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car.

Bob & Ada Wilson DELIVERED on this ADORABLE studio with its NEWLY REMODELED AND UPDATED studio. It's all you need if you like spending time exercising (riding bikes, walking on beach, roller blading, etc.) OR just relaxing on Hollywood Beach. We felt safe as the Lifeguards posted the conditions of the ocean daily and actually have a Lifeguard stand just feet from the studio. The air conditioner worked GREAT. It was such a nice touch for there to be a float, beach chairs, DVDs, playing card that we were free to use AND basic needs that possibly the last guests left such as sugar, s & p, tea, coffee, etc. We are already looking forward to our next get-a-way at the Wilson's Studio where my husband and daughter and I slept comfortably:-) BOB EVEN PICKED US UP FROM THE AIRPORT:-)---we caught him on a good day at work:-) We HIGHLY recommend this small but wise-use-of-space place as we met some REALLY NICE neighbors who were so kind.....that now my daughter is pen pals with one of them.....:-) We got a great deal renting bikes.....Can't say enough how WONDERFULLY we enjoyed our vacation!!!! Thank you Bob and Ada.....YOU thought of EVERYTHING!!! Did we mention how warm the pool was??? On a few days with a north wind and when the ocean was too rough, it was nice to swim in the heated pool.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The pictures are real. I founded everything as expected, the description is accurate. Property clean and very nice, perfect for a couple. Owner is a gentleman, very helpful answering all my questions. I would recommend this property. In this area or in Miami, you would need a car.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing.

This Hollywood studio was perfect! Everything seemed as if it was brand new and it was very clean. Everything you could want is located right on the boardwalk which is just steps away. We brought our roller blades and it was fun to be a beach bum but then to be doing something active. There's also plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. It's also convenient if you want to hang out in Ft. Lauderdale and Miami because Hollywood is right in the middle. Downtown Hollywood is also a very cute little town with more clubs, restaurants, and bars to choose from. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will recommend it to anyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

I love Hollywood Beach and have now found the perfect place to stay! The studio was fantastic. I was there for a week and wanted for nothing. They did a wonderful remodel and have made it comfortable. It was also very quiet while I was there. The owners are super nice and always easy to reach for any questions. I can't wait to go back!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The place looked much better than I expected....It felt like home away from home, and Bob was very prompt in answering my inquiries....I already recommended this property to my friends at home! This little place is an absolute gem! Spotlessly clean, totally modern, a model of good, space-saving design. You will really appreciate the keyless entry. The location is excellent, maybe 100 steps from the sand of Hollywood beach. This is our second straight year of coming to Hollywood in the winter. Last time we paid more money for less. I know this area, having been raised here in the 1960s. The location is excellent, a little north on the Broadwalk but only about 5 blocks from some pretty good food. The price is right. We'll be staying longer next year.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I recently stayed there for a week and had a great time. The place was exactly as we expected it. It is a studio, but is quite comfortable for a couple. The location is great and you are within steps of the boardwalk. When we return, we will definately be making another reservation. We have been there me and my family 2 adults and 2 kids for 8 days in august 2010 we were very happy about this place very clean nice pool nice beach (very close to the beach) every thing you need is there and there is a table that you can eat 4 that you d`ont see on photo very quiet air conditionning that works very well. Nice shopping to do in fort lauderdale.I recommend this place for a very good vacation. Had a last minute business trip and the owner of this condo was very accommodating! Everything about my stay was great, amenities, convenience, cleanliness and completely updated. This condo had everything but your toothbrush (toothpaste), clothes and food. You will love the location! Close to store and resturaunts and most important 1 block to the boardwalk and the beach!! We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Wilson's condo. The location was perfect, and we really enjoyed the beach/boardwalk. The condo was very clean and the Wilsons obviously take pride in sharing well maintained accommodations, and making sure that you have everything you need to enjoy a vacation. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach mats, a cooler, etc. We definitely plan to come back. Thanks!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
