Our place has the "best views in Summit County" -- no hype here. Two decks give you a 360 degree view of the mountains. Lake Dillon offers a unique setting. Dillon is a friendly small town. We love being on main street and within walking distance to the lake. We love to ride the trails to visit Frisco, shop the outlet malls or visit the Farmer's Market.

The great outdoors is our love and there is no better outdoors than Dillon, Colorado and Summit County. We are environmentalist who love this mixed-use development. The townhomes were built off-site and are energy efficient and eco-friendly.
