Our place has the "best views in Summit County" -- no hype here. Two decks give you a 360 degree view of the mountains. Lake Dillon offers a unique setting. Dillon is a friendly small town. We love being on main street and within walking distance to the lake. We love to ride the trails to visit Frisco, shop the outlet malls or visit the Farmer's Market.

Our family of four loves Colorado in the spring, summer, winter and fall. We do it all. Bike, hike, ski, boat & fish. The great outdoors is our love and there is no better outdoors than Dillon, Colorado and Summit County. We are environmentalist who love this mixed-use development. The townhomes were built off-site and are energy efficient and eco-friendly.

    • My husband and I stayed in this condo from June 4th to June 12th of 2009. The accomodations were wonderful!! The kitchen was well stocked; close to restaurants; close to lake and bike trails; close to shopping, but, most important, the view was beautiful. We enjoyed looking at the lake and mountains during the day, but, I have to admit, I loved waiting for it to get dark so we could see the lights of Frisco, Wildernest, and Breckenridge. We most definitely hope that we will be able to stay there again. To the owners, Sheila and family, thank you for the special things you did to make our stay more enjoyable. The bottle of wine was appreciated and the BBQ Sauce will be be used soon! If you love Summit County and the many things it has to offer, this condo is central to all your needs. Carol and Jim
