  What a great place. We took our family for the weekend to ski. Could not have had it any better. Close to the slopes, condo has everything you need and a beautiful view. Had a great time.

  What a nice play to stay. Everything we needed was in the home. We felt welcome. On clear days we had great views of the mountains. We were close to a number of the ski areas which was great. I like when spices are left in the cabinet for future renters use. The listing information and pictures truely represented the home. The owner was very easy to deal with. I would recommend this place to family and friends. The garage was a bonus especially when we had a few nights of snow.

  I stayed here 3 nights on a quick ski vacation with my son. The condo was very centrally located to Breckenridge (20 minutes), Vail (30 minutes), and Copper Mountain (15 minutes), and right in the central part of the village of Dillon. It is even nicer than shown in the pictures and very spacious for a larger family with the master bedroom and bathroom on the upper level, and bedroom with bunk beds and 2nd bathroom on the main level. The kitchen is larger than my kitchen at home, and very well equipped with anything you could possibly need. The first day we got there it was very cloudy and overcast, but the second day was sunny - WOW, what amazing views from the large windows and balcony of the surrounding mountains (you can see Breckenridge ski resort) and lake. For a private rental, you still have the convenience of "checking in" at the Americana office, giving it a resort like feel. The owners were outstanding to deal with - even going above and beyond from their home in Kansas trying to solve a minor problem we had the wireless connection. I would highly recommend this rental, and if I am ever in Colorado again, I will stay here again.

  A great house, big enough to sleep 8-10 comfortably. Great kitchen, wonderful views, it really doesn't get much better!

  This place is absolutely FANTASTIC! The condo itself is wonderful, very warm and inviting. The set-up is great with a master and bath upstairs (with a private little balcony) and a bedroom and additional sleeping downstairs. The view out the window over the balcony is postcard worthy! The kitchen is well appointed and great to work in with ample room for multiple cooks. The complex this condo is part of is very nicely kept and in a great location. Close to the lake, restaurants, outdoor activities, and there's even a farmer's market literally right out the back door! The folks at the management company are very nice and extremely helpful for things to do, etc. The area surrouding the condo is absolutely beautiful. This time of year the aspen trees were turning and the mountainsides were splashed with yellows. Just awesome! This place gets an A+ rating, will definitely be coming back again and again.

  We stayed in the condo for a week. The view is beautiful and peaceful, and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings while drinking our coffee, as well as in the evenings with a glass of wine and dinner. There are a lot of conveniences in the town and it's a nice location away from Denver, but easy enough to get to Denver. We really loved the bike rental place down the street - super friendly and helpful! The condo itself is very nicely decorated and comfortable. They've thought of everything. I almost hate to leave a good review and spoil my little secret! :)

  Great location for evening activities. Good location for day time activities in the area including Breckinridge Fun Park, hiking, fishing and sight seeing. Having access to the bikes was a bonus and cost saver as we only did local short daily rides. Cooking facilities great for eating in. Hot tub fun and relaxing - grandkids enjoyed being able to use. Instructions on locating and getting in after hours excellent. Would recommend to a friend and likely to return in near future.

  It was a very nice place. Everything in the condominium was very nice and very clean. I felt I was staying in someone's home and not a hotel room. There were many fun activities to do while we were there. The hardest part was deciding what to do. The homeowner had a box with lots of information about those things to do. I would be happy to go back again and would recommend this place to others.

  If you need a place to just relax or stage your gear for some serious outdoor fun, this condo in Dillon will fit the bill! My family arrived after seven days of traveling and adventure, and we spent plenty of hours just enjoying the views and cool temperatures (for summer). Unsure what to do our first full day, we drove 15 minutes to Breckenridge to visit a gold mine and enjoy the great downtown area, or we could have chosen Keystone, or Vail, or Frisco. From the condo, you can take a walk around the Dillon reservoir, or to a nearby restaurant. The Outlets of Silverthorne are less than five minutes away, or you can drive up to the top of Loveland Pass, and hike to the top of the mountain at over 12,500 feet. The possibilities are endless, and returning to the condo was very comforting, whether it was a day of taking it easy or hiking away. We would definitely like to return for another visit, but longer!

  Having never stayed in Dillon before, we were so excited to find such easy access to Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek, etc. Dillon Lake is a nice walk and is absolutely beautiful! The condo was immaculate! Such a great floor plan when traveling with teenagers as we all had our own space. The kitchen is better equipped than home. The hot tub allowed us to not only relax after a day of activity, but also meet our neighbors! Our favorite Dillon restaurant was Arapahoe Cafe. If you go to Breck, you MUST check out Motherloaded. Save room for the s'mores that you make on your personal hibachi! A perfect vacation for our family. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your lovely condo.

  My wife and I absolutely were thrilled with every aspect of the condo. It was in a perfect location for us, it was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the mountains! We were there for a week and got to know several of the neighbors and even met the mayor of Dillon! Everyone was so nice!

  We just got home from a great week at your condo. We had a great time and your condo was a big reason why. The snow was not plentiful, but we still skied 5 days. The very well equipped kitchen made eating in a breeze. Thanks for the very detailed instructions for check-in/out and the basics of the condo. If we come back to Summit County, we'd love to stay at your place again. Thanks Again!

  Thank you so much for letting us borrow your condo for the week! Central location, perfect size for a small family, heated parking garage,and lots of thoughtful amenities. We loved seeing the gorgeous view of the mountains and the lake from the living room window, eating meals cooked from your very well-stocked kitchen. Perfect....we hope to be back soon!

  We have enjoyed staying here twice and hope to repeat the experience. The location is centrally located to major ski areas and a short drive from Denver. The condo is well supplied, the views are great, and there is underground parking. The condo is a perfect spot for our annual ski vacation.

  Our family enjoyed a wonderful Christmas vacation in Summitt County. The condo was the perfect place for us to stay. Great accomodations. Roomy, convenient and all the comforts of home. And the views are spectacular! We skied and snowboarded at Keystone. We highly recommend the ski school at Keystone. Snowmobiling with High Country was a lot of fun with breath-taking views of the winter wonderland. The condo's location lends itself for a perfect "home" base to many winter activties. Having enclosed, reserved parking with storage for ski equipment was much appreciated. There are a number of great restaurant choices within walking distance and a grocery store near, too. We would definitely like to stay again during a ski trip and pay the area a visit to enjoy summer activities.The condo was the perfect home for our holidays. Santa even found us here!

  Hi Sheila, We got back from our vacation at your place in Dillon. It was wonderful. Your condo is in a great location and a fantastic view from upstairs and downstairs. We saw a large rainbow that spread across the lake. I have never seen that before. (Just like a full moon does at night) Thanks again for offering you condo at the Sierra Club. Maybe we can help make the changes in this world to create a better, healthier and safer place for all of us.

  My family and I had a wonderful time staying at your condo. We loved how homey it felt and the furnishings were very comfortable. I have two small children (4 years and less than 1) and I had no concerns about their safety at your place. We enjoyed watching the storms come in to town several times out the beautiful window. We also enjoyed how close the condo is to many attractions in town including the lake and the awesome farmer's market on Friday. Thanks so much! We'll be back!!!

  We stayed in the condo June 16-20 and were able to enjoy the Farmer's Market right outside the back door, quick trips to Breckenridge, Keystone, and beautiful drives around Lake Dillon. If you take small children, don't miss feeding the chipmunks at Sapphire Point, and we also had a Sunday morning donkey ride in Breckenridge after attending their market. On the day it rained, we went bowling in the lower level of the building, and appreciated the secure parking garage when coming and going. VERY well furnished kitchen. Appreciated having the washer/dryer in unit. King bed and master suite is very nice, with kids and other family on lower level. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home - we will definitely return!

  The accommodations are very nice and the view is spectacular! We had never been to the area before so we enjoyed four days of sightseeing. I cannot imagine how the place must transform when there is snow on the ground and ski season is in full swing. We would definitely recommend staying here!!!

  Our family with two young boys loved staying here! The lake views were incredible (my son even caught a rainbow trout!) and the weather absolutely perfect! The condo is so beautiful and comfortable. The indoor parking was also great. The boys really enjoyed the hot tub at night. Sheila was so helpful with many wonderful suggestions on things to see and do in the area. Vail, Georgetown, Breckenridge and many other sights within very easy travel distance. There is also a nice local brew pub and cafe within easy walking distance that serve wonderful food! We had a great time and will certainly consider a return trip to take in more of the many sights!

  We stayed in this condo in February for a ski vacation to Colorado. It was our first time to the area and weren't sure about where to stay, but Sheila was helpful and the place looked great, so we gave it a shot. Glad we did. Couldn't have been more perfect. We had a group of 4 and it fit us all perfectly. It was so nice to be able to cook breakfast at the condo before heading out for the slopes and then relax in the hot tub after a long day. The location is great. Perfect distance to both Keystone and Breck. Nicely appointed and amazing view. I would definitely stay here again.

  My husband and I stayed in this condo from June 4th to June 12th of 2009. The accomodations were wonderful!! The kitchen was well stocked; close to restaurants; close to lake and bike trails; close to shopping, but, most important, the view was beautiful. We enjoyed looking at the lake and mountains during the day, but, I have to admit, I loved waiting for it to get dark so we could see the lights of Frisco, Wildernest, and Breckenridge. We most definitely hope that we will be able to stay there again. To the owners, Sheila and family, thank you for the special things you did to make our stay more enjoyable. The bottle of wine was appreciated and the BBQ Sauce will be be used soon! If you love Summit County and the many things it has to offer, this condo is central to all your needs. Carol and Jim
