Elua Village is unique in that it is a gated, condominium community located in one of the world's top rated resort areas on one of the most highly rated islands in the world. You are surrounded by the most beautiful beaches in the world, with Wailea beach walk on one side of the property and a resort walk on the other. The Shops of Wailea is literally a 5 minute walk from the condo, along with wonderful restaurants, world class golf courses and tennis clubs.
The grounds of Elua Village are meticulously groomed and a real pleasure to stroll through. You've got a paddle ball court and two swimming pools. The smaller pool is tucked in the center of the property surrounded by lush gardens and also has a hot tub. The larger pool is on the property's edge, right on the ocean, with beautiful grounds, lounge chairs, tables with large umbrellas, a barbecuing kitchen, along with the new pavilion and its exquisitely appointed kitchen, sitting area, tables and chairs, computer nook, and workout room. If you have a large party this would be a great area to entertain. There is also a smaller area for gatherings with a smaller kitchen area and barbecue, with lounge chairs and tables and chairs and views, views, views, just steps from the condo. If you like it more secluded and quiet, the point is another great place to bask in the sun with lounge chairs and and rinsing shower. If you need assistance with anything the gate staff and grounds staff are very helpful and friendly. You will definitely find "Aloha" at Elua Village!

Why the Owner Chose Elua Village
We have been vacationing on Maui for the past 25 years. It became our annual trip when the kids were 3 and 5 years old. We would save all year for this vacation. When the kids graduated we decided that if we wanted to spend more time on the island we should try to purchase a place of our own. Elua Village was always our first choice but really out of reach so we bought a condo in Kihei that we were very happy with and 3 years later an opportunity opened up that we couldn't turn down. A dream come true, we couldn't be happier with our little piece of paradise. The location is right among the best beaches on the island, with the walkway along the beautiful hotels and their many restaurants, the Shops at Wailea, world class golf courses, a 3 mile beach walk and more. The property is gated, with 2 pool areas, one with a beautifully remodeled pavilion, paddle ball court, a meticulously manicured grounds that you get to amble through as you head to the beach. Yes, the property is right on the beach!
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
Waking to beautiful views and songs of the waking birds, dining in the relaxed environment of your own lanai with some of the best views around and ending the day with more amazing views of the sunset. If you can tear yourself away from this you can enjoy the pavilion pool down by the beach with its own open kitchen and fitness room which can open to the ocean breezes, or walk to our own ocean front point with cabana chairs and a rinsing shower. The best snorkeling on the island is right there at Ulua Beach just footsteps from the pavilion. This is also a great place to spot turtles, whales in season, and pods of dolphins. Even with all of the years that we have been visiting Maui, we are still finding a new adventure each time we come.

We are Tim and Kris Quinn from Gig Harbor, WA. We have 2 grown kids who are now out on their own conquering the world. Our most favorite place to come together is back on Maui. We both love to travel when possible but Maui is always tops on the list.
