Constructed in the 1940's, my duplex is located in a lovely established neighborhood. The quiet tree-lined street serves as an official bike route. On nice weekends there are several families and individuals biking and strolling by. Many wonderful restaurants are just a few minutes away.
Luxurious shopping is close by at the Cherry Creek shopping center and Cherry Creek North where boutiques, jewelers and spas are plentiful. Downtown Denver is just a 10 minute ride as are most Denver Hospitals and Universities. Denver's Public transportation is very accessible from this location.
There will be furnished quality linens for bed and bathroom use. Bath and bed linens will also be changed every third day or as requested. A daily maid service will also be provided upon request.
Updated kitchen appliances are available to enable cooking any meal, big or small.

I enjoy living in Denver where I can benefit from all the amenities of an urban life while at the same time be close to my beloved mountains. Hiking and snowshoeing are my favorite reasons to head for the hills on weekends. It's also nice to be able to zoom up for an afternoon of soaking in the hot minerals springs or a historic train ride. In town, I enjoy the wide selection of entertainments offered such as: movies, live theater and concerts.
Why the Owner Chose Denver
East Denver has always been my favorite area of the city. It is so convenient to the best aspects of this vibrant capital of Colorado while giving the feeling of tranquility.
