I was one of 3 adults along with 6 children that enjoyed a week here in July/2010. The home is immaculate yet comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities...just bring food. Onsite laundry is very convenient. Having two levels meant we didn't trip over each other. The 4 bedrooms are all generous in size. Mornings were spent sipping coffee on the upper balcony overlooking the lake. Evenings were enjoyed under the 'lights' in the cozy private backyard. The rock-face wall and fish pond in the backyard contribute to the overall 'peaceful' ambience. If you're looking to feel 'settled' and 'relaxed', this Blind Bay home will deliver.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our 2 families stayed here for a week in July 2010. The house was exactly as described and the location was perfect to the lake as well as easy to get to. The house and yard were all very clean and well maintained. The onsite caretaker, Tom, was very helpful and accomodating. It was great to have our own private beach and dock and the bouy worked well for the boat at night. The house itself was stocked with everything we needed and it was a very enjoyable holiday. Thanks Tom and LeeRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.
