  Hi Allyn and Jenny, You are very lucky to have such a wonderful home. Thank you for sharing it. I think your management team/cleaning team appear to do a wonderful job. The villa was impeccably clean. We do not have any complaints/issues indeed on the contrary. I have worked in Customer Service all my life and know that honest feedback is invaluable. SUPER home and we have had the BEST of times out there. Communication with you has been easy, replies prompt and explanatory and we feel more like we have shared a friends Villa than hired one. We would have no trouble recommending it to anyone. Thank you again for our family holiday of a lifetime.

  We had a great time in your house. We loved the pool and the area. We spent our sunny days in Disney World and on fan-boats watching alligators! The rainy days were well spent in Malls. The climate is hot and sticky. A big change from our snowy Sweden. THANK YOU FOR THE MEMORIES.

  This was our first visit to Florida and renting a villa. The booking process was easy and had regular contact via E mail with the owners prior to our holiday. Jenny and Allyn provided extensive pre holiday info on arriving at the villa, the local amenities and top tips for the USA, including driving do's/dont's. The villa met and exceeded our expectations. It is nicely decorated, in a comfortable style. On arrival it was immaculate and clean. It is very well equipped for a family's daily needs. Haines is an ideal location for all the major Walt Disney theme parks, taking approx 20-30 mins to reach on the highways. Southern Dunes is an immaculate, quiet community and ideal to come back to at the end of busy park days allowing for peaceful evenings. For those who wish to eat out it is situated in close proximity to diners and restaurants. and a massive! Wal-Mart is at the entrance to Southern Dunes . The pool was fanastic to use at the end of the day and was in full sun till sunset, ideal for gentle swims or for the children to play in.The patio area is sufficient for an end of the day drinkie watching the sun set over the pretty views of the golf course A lovely touch was a phonecall from Jenny when we arrived to ensure all was OK , this gave this rental a very personal touch.We would not hesitate to use this villa again and would highly recommend it to all.

  We had a wonderful week in your lovely house and would certainly book again if returning to Orlando. I would also have no second thoughts in recommending it to any one else.   It was our first trip to Florida and this house was everything we were hoping for. My family enjoyed the decor and all of the living space. The pool and spa were enjoyed greatly during the heat wave. It was only about a 20 to 25 minute drive away from Walt Disney World and local outlet mall shopping. The neighbourhood itself was peaceful and beautiful and very safe. We were told about a local restaurant called Manny's Chophouse and it was the best steak and ribs that we had all ever had. My family highly recommends it. The house itself was well maintained and clean. Having 3 bathrooms was a plus and got us on our way early every day. We enjoyed the BBQ and the home theatre system. Everything was better than described. We would highly suggest this property for any family coming to Florida to go to Walt Disney World or Universal studios. We loved it and we know that anyone else would too. Thank you to Allyn and Jenny for a wonderful stay. Hope to see rent your home again next year. Thanks again.   We had an absolutely fabulous vacation at this beautiful condo! Wonderful location, in a private, gated community- very quiet, people seemed very friendly... The condo was emaculate, nicely decorated, and fulfilled our every need. Close to Disney and Seaworld (15-20"), Datona Beach (an hour), and Busch Gardens (an hour, 10"). Didn't finish doing everything on our wish list- the airboat ride, Universal, round of golf, and MGM will have to happen on another trip(and we were there for over a week!). We swam with the dolphins at Discovery Cove- not to be missed. Anyway, the owners were fabulous to work with and I would recommend this vacation in a heartbeat. Thank you!

  Second year we have visited this villa, the pool is to die for no matter what time of day as it is always warm/hot. main thing about being at this place is that you can leave the car behind and a 15 to 20 mins walk you can be in a bar, wallmart, chinese restaurant and many more, also about 25 mins walk or couple of mins in the car is the best steak house in florida called Manny's on the us27. The best thing also is the golf course staff are down to earth welcoming and obliging also the club house serve great meals and reasonable drinks and its only 10 mins walk from the villa. The home is fully equipped with tv,internet, dvd,video surround sound and all home comforts. Also across the road is a communal pool if you want to bake in the hot sun without the pool screen over you and you can have a really good swim as the pool is a good size and there is a small gym if you are really keen, and its all free. Overall a lovely place nice and quiet with good security and feeling safe. Forgot to mention that the villa was spotlessly clean as been the last two years. If you have the time drive to Bradantan Beach near Sarasota the sea was so warm and relaxing it is a fair drive but worth it, we normally go to daytona but you get choked with fumes and the sea is much colder than than the gulf. Invest in a sat nav takes a lot of pressure off your first visit. Enjoy.

  If your looking for a home away from your home, this is the place. The owners and their property management team keep on top of everything. Any problems, call or email and its taken care of pronto. This home is comfortable and well equipped and is as their web site portrays it to be. We've thoroughly enjoyed our 9 weeks here and are sorry to have to leave to go back to Ontario Canada but hey, we hope to be back next year. Approximately 15 minutes away in Winter Haven, there are a variety of restaurants you might want to check out....Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesday, Outback, Applebees, Carrabbas (our favourite), Christys, Olive Garden, plus a number of others of interest. Not only is Southern Dunes a great golf course, there are a number of other courses worth trying, we like Cypress Woods and Willowbrook which are not too far down the road but there are so many to choose from. Anything Disney is only 15-20 minutes away. There is something for everyone young and old. Enjoy..... Thanks again....Linda & David

  Had a really good time staying In this really nice home. Superb pool (much too hot). Great golf course and house in a great position for all that the area can offer. Would definitely return, Carl & Pat. Had a fantastic time (as always in Florida). This is our third time over here and the best place by far that we have stayed in. Kids were in the pool each morning for 7.30 am – (can’t get them out of bed that early at home), the Cox's.
