  We had a fantastic time! We had been looking for a place where we could have more than one family together! We found the perfect place and the perfect price. Located near so many great places for dining and shopping. Perfect place for the kids to play either in the front or the pool in the back! We will definitely be back! Thanks for such a great experience!

  We were looking for the perfect Spring Break home for our family (including 5 teenagers) and we found it at the Blue Dolphin. Close enough (a short bike ride away), but not too close to the Seaside amenities made this home a terrific retreat for adults and kids alike. The beach was also in very close walking distance. Our bikes were there when we arrived (pre-scheduled with Butterfly Bike Rental), the Publix was a 10 minute car ride (really nice as we went everyday to restock the fridge). The kitchen was well appointed which made it easy to prep meals. The weather was our only complaint (about half beach days and half hanging at the house days) - but, it did make us appreciate our accomodations even more! Everyone had their own space with multiple TVs and lounging areas. The owners were very nice, easy to communicate with and we have already recommended the Blue Dolphin to other Atlanta area friends and family members. We look forward to returning to the Blue Dolphin for another family vacation in the near future!

  I highly recommend this beautiful house as an amazing place to vacation. We have rented this house several times, and will continue to do so. Perfect location, so close to SeaSide, a few miles near Rosemary, and a short walk to the beach. The house is so beautifully decorated, and yet so comfortable for lots of people to just hang, sleep and have a wonderful vacation! There's a pool in the back, and it's great to sit out there and relax in the lounge chairs. Plenty of bedrooms, lots of space to be with family and friends! I just can't say enough, we will continue to rent, as we just love Blue Dolphin!

  Our family has had the occasion to stay at Blue Dolphin on many vacations and I can honestly say you won't find a better beach house. The location is amazing...right in Seagrove near all of the coastal communities (Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor, Watersound and Alys), but you don't have to deal with the hussle of the crowds. We had beautiful sunset and gulf views and we were just steps away from the convenient beach access. Everything in this house is new, spotless, clean and impeccably decorated. All of the furnishings, the decor and the home itself is high end and gorgeous. I felt like I was staying in a top luxury hotel yet we had the bonus of plenty of room to spread out. There was space for everyone to have their "own place"; the kids in their bunk room, the guys up top in the sports floor (which would blow away any sports bar you can find for all of the game watching), great-grandma on the front porch, and the ladies gathering around the pool! Great restaurants are within walking and biking distance and the Gulf promises the whitest of white sand and turquoise water. If you are looking for a great family beach house, look no further than Blue Dolphin. The owners were unbelievably nice, very accommodating with information about the area in advance of our stay, and could not be more gracious hosts. I can tell you our family will continue to book Blue Dolphin every year and hope to make it down as often as possible. We have had many rental experiences in many places, and Blue Dolphin is tops.

  The last thing i would refer to this property is relaxing. We love Seagrove and have stayed here seveal times before. To celebrate the 4th we thought this was perfecthome it was anything but....The roach and rodent problem we expeirenced was disturbing. A mouse in the master bedroom was pulling the stuffing out of the master bed for nest. Not sure which roach was more disturbing the one that crawled in my daughters hair and face while she slpet in the bunk beds or the one that woke me up crawling down my arm in the downstairs bed or the one in the play in sleep with my one year old nephew. We called Seagrove management and they sent out a exterminator. We still saw crawling roaches, dead spiders and a few other bugs. On the first attempt to contact the owner he was appologetic and somewhat concerned. He said his wife usually delt with the rental and they did not have a monthly bug maintenance on the house. He promised to return our call later in the day....Not only did he not return our call but dodged several follow up calls and text. When we checked out we had to spend up to an hour complaining at Seagrove management. They did not see what the fuss was about. The fact that that was the ONLY vacation for some in our group and the fact that we spent HOURS locating a perfect house for our family vacation and booked in January was the reason and the fact that we were put out due to lack of general maintence for a rental was reason enough for me. They finally offered a refund for one night and we took it and ran. So disgusted with Blue Dolphone and Seagrove management. Beware when renting from this management company and disconcerning owners.
