This spectacular brand new home called the Blue Dolphin awaits your arrival to the most relaxing vacation experience possible. This lovely vacation home comes fully furnished with linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full size washer/dryer. This beautiful home is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, within walking distance to shopping, dining, bicycle rentals, and movie rentals. Butterfly bikes is located at the corner of the street. Opposite that corner is Seagrove plaza. Bruno's pizza and a movie rental are just a short walk to this plaza. Blue Dolphin is located a block from the beach, about 100 yards. It is just a 3-4 minute walk to the beautiful white sand beaches that make the Emerald Coast a vacation favorite. Seaside is just one mile from the house. You can ride bikes, walk or drive down to Seaside and enjoy shopping, dining or catching a concert on the green.

All bedrooms have brand new flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has a king bed and sitting area. The bathroom has travertine tile throughout. There are two other bedrooms that have king beds, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The kids will love spending time in the brightly colored bunk room. It has a twin bunk bed and a trundle for a total of three twin beds. They can pull out the trundle and enjoy movies on the DVD player. You can relax in the sports bar themed tower room where you can enjoy the sounds and view of the gulf. There is a large flat screen TV where you can enjoy movies or your favorite sporting event. You can relax out by the private pool in a truly tropical setting while reading your favorite novel and sipping a cool drink. A new gas grill is available to cook a wonderful meal by the pool. You might even find time to stroll along the sugar white sand beaches while watching the dolphins playing in the surf.
