Actually I feel like Sonny Crockett on South Beach. But I’m not there I’m at Signature Beach in Destin. You wouldn’t know it by looking at this place. It’s a Destin Resort Condominium like nothing you’ve ever seen. That is, unless you’ve spent time on Ocean Boulevard in Miami Beach.
Before I talk about the condominium unit, let me first tell you a little about the location. It’s smack dab in the middle of everything Destin! You’re right next door is the very popular Back Porch Beach Restaurant and Grazzi's Italian Bistro. The Big Kahuna Water Park/Racetrack, shops, fun activities are all in walking distance. So, park your car and don’t plan on using it all week.
Now to the resort itself. Signature Beach has a WOW factor like no other. It was featured in Southern Living Magazine - April, 2007 "For those who travel like Trump, go for Signature Beach" There’s only two condominiums per floor.
Each one is very private, quiet and very spacious, 3,300 sq ft,!!! The building is DIRECTLY on the beach. Beach service is provided every day, (One set up per unit, more available for a small fee). If you are looking to make the most of this beautiful paradise we live in, it doesn't get any better than Signature Beach! There’s even a rooftop swimming pool. Can you imagine.
Here’s the scoop on your condo.
This is like stepping into a decorator’s magazine. The décor will take your breath away. But that’s not all. You will immediately notice that you’ve got floor to ceiling glass all over the place so no matter where you are you’re looking sparkling views of the emerald, blue waters and sugar white sand beaches.
Open the balcony door and you’ll step on to the BIGGEST OCEAN FRONT BALCONY you’ve ever seen --NEARLY 60’ LONG x 5’ WIDE. You'll see miles of white sand beach. The water's so clear that you can see everything in it. Grab your binoculars because you'll probably be able to do dolphin watching right from here. What a view! And that's not all. There's room for dining right on the balcony. Check out the photos. You'll see what I mean. Imagine stepping out here and enjoying that afternoon delight! A drink I mean.
The LIVING ROOM is gorgeous. Casually elegant decor, contemporary sectional sofa, GIANT flat panel TV with DVD, Digital Cable, Stereo/CD, gulf front views. What a beautiful spot. Check out the pictures to get a sense for the view. Can you imagine a little wine and cheese and casual conversation while enjoying that view! Man, that’s the life.
The GULF FRONT MASTER SUITE is a fabulous place where you can escape for the evening or an afternoon sojourn. The KING is spacious and comfortable. With all the extra touches. Lie down watch the sun sink into the Gulf waters.
Or enjoy some TV time with the large flat panel TV there. This is one breathtaking SUITE with floor to ceiling Gulf front windows that span the entire length of the room, a sliding glass door with access to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment. The luxurious master bath has a two person Jacuzzi and window overlooking the Gulf, an enclosed steam shower and an expansive counter with dual sinks.
The 2ND MASTER SUITE is a contemporary retreat with a KING bed that makes for great sleeping or relaxing. The large floor to ceiling window offers great views of the sugar shite sand beaches and the emerald green water that Destin is so famous for. Plus, there’s a fully attached bathroom. and a walk in closet.
The 3RD BEDROOM is also a KING size bed. All the amenities you’d expect in a luxury condominium, There’s an attached full bath with tub.
The 4TH BEDROOM has a queen with plenty of room for sleeping and relaxing. It too is fully equipped for your enjoyment. It's so big we even have a queen sleeper in it for some extra bed space!
The GOURMET KITCHEN (and I do mean gourmet) is fully equipped. Everything you need to become the beach chef if you want to. Plus there’s bar seating for 5 and separate dining area with dining table with seating for 10. Richly appointed with travertine floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, double ovens and all essential small appliances almost make you want to cook. But, hey, you’re at the beach.
There’s even a WET BAR, so that you can whip up those afternoon delights that make the beach that much more perfect.
And, the laundry rooms got washer, dryer that makes it convenient to just pop the beach clothes in after you’re done for the day.
Take it from ole’ Sonny Mann. If you’re looking for a luxury beach rental, this is the place. And it sleeps 8. Just for you.
