PARAISO is a great place to stay to get away from it all. Great location near the newer part of 5th Ave. Right on the waterfront. We spent so much time up on the roof. Would stay here again! We will recommend this property to friends and family.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My wife and I stayed here in April of 2012. We enjoyed all aspects of the Condo. When we arrived it the condo was clean and cool. The roof top deck is very nice and private and we used it more than I thought we would. The common areas of the condos including the pool were also very clean and neat. The few small issues we had during our stay were handled quickly by NAS Property Management team. We did run out of potable water late in our stay but a quick call to NAS and more water was delivered quickly. The beach in front of the condo is very nice and has a great local feel to it. We walked down and checked out the beach in front of the larger resorts, they were clearly not as nice. It's easy to say in this city without a car, most everything is within walking distance and Cabs are plentiful. We shopped at both MEGA and Walmart for food and other needs. We also took advantage of the Playa Concierge service that is affiliated with NAS Property Management. The driver was on time and waiting for us both at the airport and on the return trip at 5:40am sunday morning. We also had Maura from Playa Concierge buy some groceries for the first few days of our trip, which was very convenient. Overall, our vacation was wonderful!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

We, two couples, rented this condo the week of Christmas 2010. The condo is a 10-minute walk to 5th Avenue, the main drag in Playa. The building itself is new, clean, crisp, beautifully decorated with large plants--in an atrium style--and very secure. It was a nice touch to have round the clock security presence to check in on you every time you entered or exited the building. The condo was spacious, comfortable and had all the items of "home." The rooftop deck was fantastic! Every day we spent at least an hour up there reading, sunbathing or just listening to the roll of the ocean waves. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi wasn't working properly, so that amenity was not used. Also, the hot water heater is quite small, which meant we took turns showering and allowed 15 minutes between showers, but we never had a cold shower! Overall, it was a terrific stay and we plan to return in the future.Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
