Welcome to "Doctor's Orders". Enjoy a relaxing family vacation at this four bedroom, 1850 square foot beach cottage in Crystal Beach, Destin. Located on Sunfish Street in the desirable neighborhood of Kokomo Kove, just west of Destiny. Uniquely private on a quiet cul-de-sac and a short walk(less than 2 blocks)to PRIVATE deeded beach access(this means a less crowded strip of beach and no fighting for a parking spot).
Only minutes to restaurants and all of Destin's amenities. Choose the short walk to the popular beach front restaurant (Crab Trap) with a public playground built on the sand, or grill on the deck facing the lake that borders the back of the house. The private pool offers cool refreshment and convenience. Inside, the kitchen and family room are open and airy.
For the movie or sports enthusiast, we have a 57" High Definition Television, DVD player, and Digitial Cable. The cable includes the Disney channel, numerous HBO channels, ESPN, High Definition Channels, and many digital music channels.
There are four bedrooms with three queen beds, one full bed, a queen hide-a-bed, toddler bed, and an extra daybed with pop-up trundle. The master has a whirlpool tub, and shares an upper deck that has a lake and partial Gulf view. This home is equipped with everything you need for a great family get-away, and is just what the Doctor Ordered!
