Two bedrooms and full bathroom on ground floor can be separated from the great room by closing off the access door. The other five bedrooms are on the second floor. We always wanted a big house at Bethany Beach that would easily accommodate our large families when we vacation together. I am one of 6, my wife is one of 7. Here we are with our 5 kids.
Why the Owner Chose Bethany Bay
Bethany Beach is the prime family beach on the Maryland/ Delaware shore. We wanted the biggest, nicest house for our buck. Going inland 3 miles we found it in an amenity rich community. This 5,000 square foot house was built in 2007. It was built for the daughter of the community developer, Bethany Bay. Nothing but the best materials were used. The community is right on the Indian River Bay. Our house has Bay views. There is a beautiful pond three feet behind our porch. Pool, tennis courts, executive 9 hole golf course all surround our home site etc.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Spend a week in Bethany Beach but don't fight the crowds. Three miles from Bethany Beach, in a community you may choose to never leave. House and community are excellent for children. Community pool is in view of screen porch. House is on quiet cul-de-sac and surrounded by golf course and pond.

We spent a long weekend with a few of our children ,grandchildren and my parents and we had a wonderful time.This house is truly amazing! It is so huge and very comfortable. It had everything you could ask for . The layout of the house was perfect for us.My father can't do stairs so the downstairs bedroom was very convenient. The house is also very quiet.If you were downstairs you really couldn't hear very much from upstairs and vice versa.It rained all day Saturday but between the pool table,books,games and movies the grandchildren stayed occupied. My favorite spot was the screened in porch. It was so quiet and relaxing. This was by far the best beach house wev'e ever rented. We can't wait to go back next year,hopefully for a longer time! Thanks again for sharing your amazing beach house with us!

This house is absolutely amazing. We are a large family who have been vacationing at Bethany Beach for the past 27 years and this house is the most spacious and comfortable house we have ever rented. Close to the beach, nice pool and a great game room that keeps the kids happy. Sleeping a large group is easy at this home. WE LOVE IT AND HOPE TO RENT IT AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Everything that was promised in the description of the rental was more than met. The home was clean and lovely and large enough for eight adults and seven children, varying in age and interests. Communications with the owner were handled quickly and helpfully. The pool area and golf course added to our enjoyment.

The house was perfect for our New Year's week get together with our children & grandkids. Your home was wonderful and to quote our 8 year old granddaughter "awesome". We had a group of 13 (8 adults & 5 kids) and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home is lovely - the owners have done a great job decorating; it is beautifully furnished, inviting & has an extremely well equipped kitchen. Everyone loved the area; quiet for us but close enough to the beach for the kids. We are looking forward to our return trip in July. Thank you for sharing your home.

We just stayed here this past weekend for our daughter's wedding in Oceanview. The home is gorgeous!! We loved it beyond words!!! We hope to stay again in the near future and hopefully for a longer time! Thanks so much for opening up your beach home to us. After staying here you won't want to stay in any other beach house!!
