One of a kind luxury facility! Condo is located on the north side of W. Beach Blvd, with a beautiful view and sounds of the beach and gulf. An air-conditioned walkway goes over the street where the largest outdoor pool on the beach in this entire area is located. There is a short boardwalk from the large deck around pool to the beach. Next to the pool is an oversized hot tub and restrooms. Great for kids and adults!
The unit is on the 9th floor and decorated well. Beds are very comfortable, laundry room inside unit, kitchen is fully furnished including a blender, coffeemaker, microwave, and pantry. Rooms are beautifully decorated. On the first floor of the building is an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and another oversized hot tub. You will love this place!
