Enjoy this true Rehoboth Cottage Home just 1.5 Blocks to the beach ( 111 Rodney Street) with an in ground pool! Enter through the large screened porch just far enough away to hear the ocean. You'll find the large living room area with a new queen sleep sofa, recliner chair and sitting chair. The dining room table and sitting chairs for at least six is new. There is a large relaxing family room with a new queen sleeper sofa, love seat and accent chairs. One master bedroom (with a queen) on the first floor with views of the in ground pool surrounded by a relaxing deck and furniture. There is also a sun room at this house!
