Our home is the ideal place for families with kids. 4 Houses From the Ocean, Private Gated Heated Pool, Just Steps Across the Street to the Playground and Outdoor Pool, Over 50 Pool and Beach Toys, Pool Table, Foosball, Board games & Activity Books, Over 100 Videos & DVD's and a Fast DSL and Wireless Internet.
We pick up half the cost to heat the pool so you save $250 per week. Call for heated pool availability. Very popular in Spring and Fall.
Our spacious kitchen was designed for gourmets with multiple work spaces, a 5 burner gas range, convection oven, 15 pots & pans, baking pans & dishes in 6 sizes, a gas grill and 4 comfortable chairs at the island so you, your family & friends can chat while creating a gourmet meal, barbecuing your favorite foods or just fixing a quick lunch. You can all enjoy outdoor dining at the 2 full-sized picnic tables on the upper deck and one at the pool.
We have continually worked to upgrade our home. We survey each of our guests and we specifically ask if they would recommend our home to family and friends.
We use Twiddy and Company to manage our property. This insures that any issues are resolved promptly. Our guests have always ranked Twiddy as courteous and responsive. Since we live over 400 miles away this is the only way that we believe to professionally manage our property. Why the Owner Chose Duck
Four Seasons is the premier community in Duck NC. Our guests can enjoy the beach, the outdoor community pool directly across from our home, a heated indoor pool and guest center with workout room and tennis courts. Our home is just steps from the beach and had the wow factor when we walked in. The open floor design on the top floor makes it easy to cook and just enjoy your family and friends. The beach is uncrowded even in July and August and the Community Association is committed to maintaining a family friendly atmosphere.
The Unique Benefits at this Single Family Beach Home
Since we have young daughters and know that many of you are coming with your young children, we have made many changes to make this the most kid friendly house in Duck. We brought lots of board books, children’s videos and added a new 27 inch TV in the game room. There are over 50 beach and pool toys, floats and even a kite or 2. There are lots of outlet covers – feel free to move them as needed. We also put nightlights in the halls and the bathrooms for those late night drinks of water. There is also an umbrella stroller if you need it for a small child. In 2006 we installed a new baby gate inside and 2 new outside baby gates. We put together a book of information on places to eat, shop and visit – you should find it on the kitchen counter. There are a number of family pictures in our home to help us remember the wonderful times we have spent at our home. We believe it is the personal touches that make our home unique. We send each guest a welcome letter to get you excited about your upcoming vacation. In it we let you know all the new and exciting changes we have made to enhance your stay. We call you mid-week to make sure everything is as you expected and we will follow-up with our rental manager if you need anything. Finally, we seek your suggestions and feedback in a survey after your stay. We made many changes from 2004 through 2008 based on survey suggestions. We do all of this to let you know that we are active owners and that this is our home – not just another rental investment.

No Worries Mate was built in late 2002. We purchased our vacation home from the original owners in May 2004. We spent three weeks at our home in 2004 upgrading and adding amenities. After thinking about places we have stayed and after asking many of our friends, we made 129 additions to the amenities at our home in 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008 and more are planned for 2009, so you can really enjoy a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. We spend 2 weeks each year at our home. We want all of our guests to enjoy our home as much as we do. We take unique steps to insure that our vacation home is inviting and has outstanding amenities so your vacation will be a memorable one. While we can’t control the weather, our goal is to provide a premier vacation experience for all our guests especially families with children.
