Our "Evergreen Hide-out" is the perfect base camp for you to enjoy all the activities our area has to offer. This house is centrally located in the heart of the Pikes Peak Region. All the major attractions are within 1 hour of Woodland Park. Many are in Woodland Park or within 15 minutes.
This house has plenty of room to spread out & relax. The master bedroom has a California king bed, dresser & nightstands an additional sitting area and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser & night stands. The third bedroom also has a queen size bed, desk and sitting area. This house has plenty of room for entertaining with it's large open living room/dining room area. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances, custom oak cabinets & granite tile countertops. Extend you cooking pleasures out on the massive deck which is equipped with a stainless steel propane barbeque grill, barrel cooler and patio furniture. Great area to relax and soak up the Colorado sunshine!
Downstairs has a large great room with couch, recliners and entertainment center. The perfect place to sit and relax, watch TV play Wii and board games etc...
