The best kept secret in the valley, this rustic and charming, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, log cabin sports a loft, cathedral ceilings, front and back porches and provides family and friends the perfect setting to vacation.
Enjoy all the amenities of a perfectly finished vacation home that includes travertine and rough sawed wood floors, granite countertops, hickory cabinets, hand milled logs, fireplace, open floor plan, TV, jetted tub, and free WI-FI plus all the benefits of mountain living. The master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king size bed. The two other bedrooms are located upstairs off of the loft. Two twin beds and a "pack-and-play" crib are available to be used in each of these bedrooms.
The cabin is centrally located to year round activities. Just minutes away from world class skiing in Idaho at Grand Targhee Ski and Summer Resourt and Wyoming at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. Explore the mighty Tetons, Snake River, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone National Parks.
The cabin has a small basement apartment that is used occasionally by family members when they need to be in the valley for business reasons. If family is staying in the apartment, they rarely stay more than one or two night.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Very comfortable home. The only negative comment was that the town/county had worked the road and when it rained it turned to mud. I would highly recommend this property to friends/relatives without a doubt!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

We have just concluded a 10 day stay in the house in Victor and can say that we really enjoyed our time here. The owners were easy to deal with and communication was great. The house itself is well located and very private. Towns are 5 miles in either direction and Jackson is 25 miles over the hill in Wyoming. The best recommendation I can give is that I would like to stay here againRecommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family met here for a week of fly fishing and adventure in the Teton Valley. This cabin is in a wonderful location between Victor and Driggs and has a wonderful front and back porch suitable for visiting and grilling. The kitchen is very well furnished and we loved the personal touches of pottery dishes, painted wooden salad bowls & precious hand towels that make you feel special! We felt right at home from the time we walked into the cabin! The owner was most helpful in listing restaurants in the area and answering all of our questions. We found the cabin to be in a location that it is easy to do day trips to Jackson for shopping or the Swan Valley or to Yellowstone or the Teton Nat'l Parks. We loved milkshakes at the Emporium, bread from the 460 Bakery,and our dinners at Warbirds and The Knotty Pine Bar. Thanks again for the hospitality.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My husband and I lived in Eastern Idaho for 23 years. Our three children and extended family spent countless winters and summers vacationing in Teton Valley and have enjoyed all the skiing, fishing, mountain biking, backpacking, white water river rafting, and hiking this valley has to offer. While we have now moved away from Eastern Idaho, our family continues to vacation here and have enjoyed many family gatherings, reunions, weddings, and celebrations in the valley. Over the years, the communities in this valley have changed and the opportunities to enjoy music, art events, good food, and exceptional western hospitality has grown. We want to share all this valley has to offer with others. We hope you enjoy your stay.
Why the Owner Chose Victor:
We fell in love with this valley in the early 80's when we spent weekends skiing with our children here. During those years we stayed with friends and in the occasional motel. In the late 90's we stumbled on an unfinished hand peeled log cabin that was for sale...we bought it and spent every weekend for the next year finishing the interior. This cabin became a "kid magnet". While our globe trotting children were not excited about coming back home to small town Idaho to visit, they were eager to spend a week at the cabin skiing, biking, hiking and fishing. We recently sold that cabin and bought this one so we had room for our kids AND grandkids. Long range plans include expanding the main floor lodging to include the basement apartment so we have plenty of room for everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
This cabin is located on the Eastern side of the valley and sports a beautiful view of the valley and the Big Hole Mountain range in the West. It is located in a small sub division made up of four, 3 acre lots surrounded by 10 and 20 acre lots. This means the views are clear and it is incredibly quiet. We are just a mile of off the highway so it is easy to find and you are close to both the cities of Victor and Driggs.
