Besides the false claims about the view, this is a great spot for those that don't mind a quirky, retro house and a peekaboo view of the ocean. There was plenty of space, nice big chairs with peace and quiet at the very end of the road. You are by a hotel but we didn't see too many people even when the hotel was full. We were there on a clam digging weekend but most people were down where the cars enter the beach so not too many in front of us. The king bed was very comfortable. The owner has some inaccurate pictures on the site that must be outdated and they make claims about views that are not true. There is no view at all to the north (in sharp contrast to a picture showing a wide open view) as the dunes have encroached into the view - all you see are dunes that are very close to the house. The owner did cut down the dune grass to the west so we were able to have a little view over the top of the dunes if you are sitting at the dining room table or standing up. From a seated position in the living room you can't see the ocean. It was very disappointing to not have the view we anticipated but we did enjoy the house and the location. It is a very short walk over those dunes and you are right on the beach. It is a beautiful area with the river just to the north. If you know the view isn't as advertised and the house is retro, it's a wonderful place.

This house is right on the beach!! We stayed 4 nights (early March)and absolutely loved it! Even though spring is barely beginning, it was beautiful! The indoor hot tub was perfect for warming up after a day on the beach or exploring the other beach communities. The view of the surf and dunes is great! We watched the tide come in and go out everyday...breathtaking and serene! As for the house, everything was in working order; with plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes. The furniture and beds are comfortable. The gas fireplace is cozy and the massage chair fabulous! There was no outdoor BBQ so I had to fry our steaks; but maybe this is due to off-season? We were allowed to check out an hour later which was very nice. We would definitely like to stay again during the peak season. Thank you for such a pleasant vacation.

Clean & affordable! We love to come to Warren House for a nice getaway. The house has spectacular views that will take your breath away. Being right on the beach has its advantages. It makes it so easy to spend time on the beach and go in for lunch and head back out for more fun.The kitchen is well equipped with all the essential cooking utensils. It is nice to unwind in the living room in the evening while looking out at the ocean. It doesn’t get much better than that! After a long day on the beach, the pillow top master bed makes it easy to slip into slumber land after a soak in the hot tub.We love going to the beach when the weather is stormy just as much as we love it in the summer. Thank you for sharing your lovely home. We look forward to our next visit.Mark & Tania
