Looking for a place to relax, unwind, and rejuvenate? Black Butte is just such a place. Our home is located midway between the South Meadow pool and Glaze Meadow Recreation Center. The GMRC has both indoor and outdoor pools, spa, hot tub, exercise rooms, lattes, sport shop, bike shop, yoga classes, etc. The Lodge Recreation center has many kid centered activities and programs.
Our home has a rustic feel, with Sisters Rodeo decor. Vaulted ceilings and warm wood walls welcome you in the great room. There is a wrap around deck with many spots to bask in the sun. There are built in benches, and a large wooden table on the deck for those al fresco meals.
The upstairs loft has a balcony off it, for a private "getaway". The large master with soaring ceilings, has a private bath and large walk in closet. There is a printer and fax machine in the mini office tucked into the master.
The loft has a queen sized futon, and extra TV. The twin room has two beds and a foosball table. There are six adult size bikes, one with a baby seat. There is one child size bike. There are four tennis rackets.

My husband Jerry and I live in the Redmond, Washington area, home of Microsoft. We have two adult children. Jerry is a chef, and I am a real estate broker. We hope to retire to our home in Black Butte Ranch sometime in the future.
Why the Owner Chose Black Butte Ranch
We were married in Sisters, Oregon and always swore we would return. The Ranch has so many different and varied outdoor activities, to say nothing of the stunning scenery. Jerry golfs, and I bring my horse. Everyone is happy!
The Unique Benefits of this House
No schedules, tons to entertain you if you so desire. Wonderful, sunny warm weather, laid back atmosphere. Bikes, kids, horses, exercise, swimming; small town nearby for the movies and boutique shopping. Excellent restaurants nearby.
