Nestled between the sandy shore of Lake Michigan and a forest of cedar and pine lies a modest beach house available for rent for the first time with lake views from almost every window. So close to the water that you feel as if you could reach out and touch it, Lake Michigan offers indescribable sun and moon rises that will leave a lasting impression. In summer, the days are full of sun and sand, exploratory walks on miles of coastline, and serene sounds abound. The beach extends well into the water with an all sand bottom and sand bars stretching as far off shore as you can touch. Nights include bonfires, lapping waves, and stars that seem to fall in to your lap. In winter, a family puzzle, books, and the crackle of a wood fire make the snow a welcome guest. No matter the season, you will feel refreshed, renewed and longing to return.
