This apartment was in an excellent location! The Trevi Fountain just across the street, Spanish Steps and Pantheon are both about a 10 minute walk. The apartment is small but comfortable. The bed is excellent and there is a large flat screen TV but most channels are in Italian! The kitchen and bath are both small but adaquate. There is a grocery/market downstairs but a larger one is only down the street 10 minutes or so. The street is pedestrian only but the bus is just a few blocks away. Also you can get a taxi to the airport nearby. There are many restaurants nearby. There is lots of hussle and bussle in the area but the apartment is in the back of the building so it stays quiet. We were thankful for the air conditioning in August.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car.

My husband and I rented this apartment for the second half of our honeymoon in Rome. The apartment was very cozy. It is not very large but everything seems to fit perfectly to make for an enjoyable stay. I loved the location. There is a window in the hallway that looks right out to the Trevi Fountain. I looked out every time I walked by. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place was very clean. We even cooked ourselves dinner one night with items we bought at the market right downstairs. The owner went out of his way to take care of anything that we needed and gave me suggestions of things to see that you might not find in a travel book. He even scheduled a car to pick us up and return us to the airport which was so helpful considering neither of us had ever been to Rome before. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Rome.

The location can't be better: apartment located right near Fountain Trevi, but faces little courtyard and therefore very quiet. It is walking distance to Piazza Navona, Spanish Steps and Forum. It is 5-7 minutes walk to metro station. Restaurants and stores are all around and supermarket is 5 minutes away. It is on the 4th floor ( 3rd by Roman standards). The only problem we had was a door lock: until we realized how to open it. There is internet, but make sure you get converter, if traveling from US, otherwise , there is no way to recharge batteries. Perfect place for 2 people.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband and I stayed here when I was 5 months pregnant for only 2 nights. We are a no frills couple and there definitely weren't any, but the location was perfect and the place was clean. Such a cute little deli directly under the apartment where we got yummy pastries and cappuccinos in the morning. And it was literally a "coin's throw" away from the Trevi Fountain. We walked EVERYWHERE from this location so that was the best part. The 2 downfalls were the 4 flights of stairs you had to climb each time and the bed was uncomfortable...but that could have been my pregnant body talking!!! The key also stuck a little and we were afraid we had locked ourselves out one time but after 20 min of trying...it just turned and opened without any more problems after that! Probably user error! lol Overall for the price, it was a great location and easy to deal with the very friendly owners. I would stay again!!
