This new beautifully landscaped, ranch-style house in the gated community of Tuscany Villas has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and sits on the first tee of the Painted Mountain Golf Course. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom that includes a jetted tub and a walk-in closet. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. The second bedroom nas a queen bed and the bathroom is right across the hall. The dining area table has seating for 6 and the kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, utensils, dishes, cutlery etc. The patio includes a gas BBQ grill and a patio table & chairs.
The clubhouse is a short walk and includes a community pool, hot tub, work out equipment, entertainment facilities that includes a big screen TV, pool , ping pong and foos ball tables.
For the golf enthusiast, there are 15 (18 hole) public golf courses within 15 miles of the house. For a break in golfing, you are 10 minutes from Tonto National Park, and close to Lake Saguaro and Theodore Roosevelt Lake for a variety of water activities. The Salt River is close by for fishing, tubing, rafting, horseback riding, or just enjoying watching the activities on the river. There are also hiking and 4-wheeling trails in both Tonto National Forest and the Superstition Mountains in Pace, a short distance away. Shopping is close by which includes San Tan Village, Superstition Mall, outlet stores and the unique Mesa Flea Market. Day trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, the Tuscon Air Museum are also a nice diversion.

The Unique Benefits at this House
The large gourmet kitchen. We love to cook and enjoy sitting on the patio relaxing after a round of golf with a cold beverage. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are a good distance apart and allow privacy for adults. The two-car attached garage allows both cars to be out of the elements (sun).

The 4 of us are friends and travel quite a bit. We live in Colorado, love the mountains, but also enjoy getting away and playing a round of golf or two (or three). We love the outdoors and all that is available in the area around this house we purchased as a vacation home.

Our family loved staying here while visiting our in-laws! It was spacious, clean, new and relaxing! I appreciated that the owners supplied laundry detergent as well as hand soap and dish soap. Just a small thing but so helpful not to have to run to the grocery story and buy for one week. We loved drinking coffee on the back porch in the morning and watch the golfers tee-off. One word of caution, if you like to sleep in, the lawn care starts around 5:00am on certain days (water sprinklers and mowing), tee times start around 6am or 7am. It's very close to a grocery store, hiking and restaurants. We're coming back!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

First of all the house was amazing and so comfortable! My husband > was so shocked and surprised that I pulled off something like that! We > really needed a relaxing weekend like that! We really enjoyed the kitchen > because we both love to cook, him more grilling than cooking! But we did > cook steaks on the grill and watched the golfers from the patio which was > nice! I really liked how the house is close to everything but yet its > still so quite! We absolutely loved our stay and have talked about doing > it again maybe this fall. I will keep your number so when we have time off > again we can set up arrangements again! I appreciate you and your kindness > in helping me provide a very over due weekend getaway!!
