For a break in golfing, you are 10 minutes from Tonto National Park, and close to Lake Saguaro and Theodore Roosevelt Lake for a variety of water activities. The Salt River is close by for fishing, tubing, rafting, horseback riding, or just enjoying watching the activities on the river. There are also hiking trails and 4-wheeling trails in both Tonto National Forest and the Superstition Mountains in Pace, a short distance away.

Why the Owner Chose Mesa
Location, location, location. The view of painted mountain, patio overlooks the first tee of Painted Mountain Golf Course, the Tuscana Club, and the closeness of shopping and restaurants. It is minutes away from Tonto National Park, and is a gated community
The Unique Benefits at this House
The large gourmet kitchen. We love to cook and enjoy sitting on the patio relaxing after a round of golf with a cold beverage. The two bedrooms and bathrooms are a good distance apart and allow privacy for adults. The two-car attached garage allows both cars to be out of the elements (sun).

The 4 of us are friends and travel quite a bit. We live in Colorado, love the mountains, but also enjoy getting away and playing a round of golf or two (or three). We love the outdoors and all that is available in the area around this house we purchased as a vacation home.
