Beautiful Ocean front condo with a spectacular view of the Ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. This condo is directly on the ocean with a private entrance to the ocean and an amazing view from the 4th floor. There is a large balcony overlooking the ocean and Cocoa Beach Pier. This is unit number 43 in Cocoa Beach Towers.
Free public Wi-Fi usually accessible anywhere in the condo! You will need to bring your own computer, wireless card and know how to connect. This condo has been renovated with all new tile in the kitchen and family room. New sliding doors overlooking the ocean.
New bathroom fixtures and tile flooring in both bathrooms. Freshly painted throughout with very tastefully chosen colors. New ceiling fans added to the family room and both bedrooms.

Why the Owner Chose Cocoa Beach Towers
We purchased this condo in 2008 to allow our children the opportunity to go to the beach several times a year. We furnished and filled it with everything we need for our own family vacation. We rent it out when we aren't using it to help offset the costs of owning it and to give others the opportunity to enjoy beautiful Cocoa Beach as much as we have. We bought in Cocoa Beach because it is a safe place to take the children and lots of fun activities for everyone.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love our private entrance to the beach and how quiet it is in our location. We also love the huge ocean side heated pool. The kids love the tennis courts too. The managers on site do a great job of maintaining the property. Everything feels clean and well maintained.
Owner's Map of Cocoa Beach Towers
We live just 3 hours south of Cocoa Beach between Miami and Ft.Lauderdale. We purchased our condo in Cocoa Beach to get away from the craziness of South Florida. The kids love going to the condo and playing in the sand. We take every opportunity we have to enjoy vacationing there.

This condo was truly amazing. The location was perfect. There really is no need for a car, as most everything is in walking distance. The condo was beautifully furnished, and exceeded our expectations. The view is incredible. Our kids had a great time!

We stayed with another family and rented both Sandy's 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units and had a spectacular stay. Both units were clean and well maintained with updated furniture and furnishings. A great ocean view, pool, and tennis. Our kids loved the trip and we look forward to coming back again next year! Thanks for the great vacation.

We had a great stay in this tastefully decorated condo. The location was perfect for us, as we really had no need to drive anywhere. Publix is across the street (grocery) and there are many places to eat and drink within walking distance. We particularly loved the pool. It's right on the beach and it was very large. Thanks for a great stay, we look forward to working with you again next year.

The unit on the 4th floor was perfect, as was the entire building. The view from here is incredible. The pool on the beach side was huge and so nice, I felt like we were all alone most of the time. There really is no need for a car, considering that everything is in walking distance. Look forward to returning.
