This deluxe log home was built with logs from a sawmill that was pulled onto the property during construction. Beautiful hardwoods are throughout the cabin, with wormy-wood oak kitchen cabinets, and dormers which offer breathtaking mountain views from the upstairs bedrooms, with additional views from the front porch. It's a one-minute walk to the pond, with fishing available and fishing poles provided. Horseshoes and other games are on the premises, with children in mind. Also, a place is provided to build a campfire, to roast marshmallows, or just sit out under the stars. The cabin is completely furnished and ready for your comfort and relaxation. We provided TV both upstairs and downstairs so that youngsters/teenagers and adults could have separate viewing areas. Two bedrooms have queen size & full size beds; while the 3rd, largest bedroom has 2 full size beds and a futon that opens to a full size bed. A storage shed provides shelter for motorcyles.
Although this cabin is located in a quiet, natural setting, it is within ten- to 40-minute drives to many attractions, such as: swimming pool with water slides; Fontana and Santeetlah Lakes, with jet skiing, pontoon boating, and swimming; white-water rafting or tubing on various creeks; Cherokee Indian Reservation with the casino, "Unto These Hills" Indian drama, museums, amusement parks, and shops; the Cherohala Skyway, at heights over 5000-feet above sea level, with picnic areas; the Joyce Kilmer Forest, boasting of the largest, virgin trees east of the Mississippi; Fontana Dam and museum, which is also the largest dam east of the Mississippi; an entrance to the Appalachian Trail & other trails are nearby. The "Dragon" or Hwy. 129 is famous for its curves and scenic views which attract both motor cycling and sight-seeing. In addition to this, there are grocery stores, gas stations, etc. nearby.

Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday; other options, if available.
Single Nights .. $150/night upon availability.
The FIRST security deposits to arrive to us, gets the reservation.
