Clean! Pictures were taken from balcony! The back porch overlooks a beautiful heated pool, the Cocoa Beach Pier and the Atlantic! Beautiful king bed in master, 2 twins in 2nd bedroom and a sofa bed. This location is the hub of activity in Cocoa Beach with a Publix grocery store and several shops across the street.
Many restaurants within walking distance and live entertainment at the Pier. If you choose to cook at home you will find a fully equipped kitchen. Located 45 minutes from Orlando, very close to Cape Canaveral and the cruise ships. Close by is Port Canaveral with lots of restaurants and entertainment, including fishing excursions, etc......
Great electronics wtih a 46# Samsung HD TV in the living area with NETFLIX free movies available through the WII unit. Tiger Woods golf also available on WII. There is a 32# flatscreen in the master bedroom and a small flatscreen in the 2nd bedroom for viewing DVD's only. DVD and Book collection available also.

I have been coming to CB for about 20 years now and have stayed in several of the units at CB Towers Condo complex, this is one of the nicer ones that I have stayed in. I have rented this unit multiple times and have shared requests/suggestions with Mike and he has been responsive to them and has always been available by phone if needed. The Unit has many amenities and the remodeling that Mike has done has been very nice. The unit is close to many of the places we frequent and is in a great location if you want to walk to places. I look forward to coming back and staying in the unit in the future.

I've stayed here many times and really never want to leave. It feels like home. It has everything anyone could need. It's so comfortable, yet very modern. The kitchen is great and fully equipped! It's maintained exceptionally well and is always immaculate! The location is perfect. I was able to walk just about anywhere. There is a Publix grocery store across the street and Port Canaveral is just a walk down the beach. I think more than anything else, I especially loved sitting on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise,or sitting there at night listening to the ocean waves under the star filled sky and sharing a glass of wine. It is an awesome place for just relaxing, playing in the pool and on the beach or heading out to local venues for dining and live entertainment.

Mike was very accomodating as we booked our stay and asked lots of questions. He made us feel comfortable with our choice. We were thrilled when we arrived to find that the condo was better in person then in the pictures. He did a great job of remodeling with real wood floors and new fixtures throughout the unit. Everyone at the complex was very helpful and nice as well. The oceanside pool was a special treat. A great way to warm up after playing on the beach with the kids. We will definitely be staying here again next year!

Stayed during March break this year as an alternative to our normal place in Cocoa Beach. What a great decision! The place has an awesome view of the beach and pier. My wife and I woke up early every day to watch the sunrise and the dolphins swimming while enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony. We had 4 kids (3 our own and 1 nephew) and there was pleny of room for everyone. The kitchen was great to work in. The pool was nice and the beach is right out front. The owner was really easy to work with and we are definately going back. We have recommended to many. Thanks for a great time!

This was a last minute rental. I chose it because I was traveling with an asthmatic child and the unit was renovated. Unfortunately, upon arrival the entire unit smelled like cigarette smoke which got worse throughout our stay. We did report it to the owner however he was out of town and had no idea why it smelled. We even changed the a/c airfilter ourselves in hopes that it would help but it did not. Upon arriving home all of our belongings smelled even our Wii remotes that we had brought along for rainy days. Would not recommend this unit for other asthmatics, non-smokers, or those sensitive to cigarettes.
Owner response:While I have not had this complaint prior or since this review, I did take the time to clean my carpets. I have had several tenants since this stay back in August and all of the comments I have had are great. My apologies for your experience.
