Our piece of Paradise is located across the street from the widest white sandy beach on Estero Island. Fort Myers Beach offers a multitude of activities from shelling early in the morning on white sugar sand to experiencing golden sunsets and gentle gulf breezes.
From the lanai you will see and hear a variety of wildlife. The enclosed glass door walls on the lanai allows for a panoramic view in the comfort of air conditioning.
Shopping, a movie theater, and an Executive Golf Course as well as a number of restaurants featuring both open air or indoor seating are all within walking distance. If you choose to venture from the quiet southern end of the island to Times Square at the northern end, a trolley runs daily.

Why the Owner Chose Captains Bay South
This is the first year we are offering our condo as a full rental. Last year we were able to purchase a second condo in the same complex. We love the area and didn't want to leave but as retirement draws closer we knew we needed something a little bigger for family and friends to visit. So, we decided to offer the 2 bedroom as a rental and prepare the 3 bedroom as a winter home.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
What we enjoy the most is walking the beach in the morning, and returning for glorious sunsets. During the day we may either relax by the pool, golf, read, shop, or visit one of the areas many attractions.
Owner's Map of Captains Bay South
Tom and I were able to purchase a piece of Paradise in 1998. It has been our holiday vacation spot until we are able to retire full time. We fell in love with the island in the early 90's. Each visit is like coming for the first time. The beach front is always changing depending on the weather and tides.
