  Awesome rental. Perfect set up and sooo true to pictures and info on line. xtremely clean, well stocked and many extras for comfort. The owner is the most pleasant person to deal with and is always avail to help. Will def use again!!!!

  Our family traveled to Colorado Springs for a wedding. We were thrilled to see it was everything we had hoped. The thought of everyone being in hotel rooms for a week was depressing. This experience did not disappoint!!! The house was a spacious split level; perfect for everyone to have some room and not be on top of each other the whole time. There were 8 adults there at all times and 2-4 adults staying over several nights and we had PLENTY of room for everyone to be comfortable. The huge dining table was fantastic; great for family meals and gathering to have pow wow. The garage was super: equipt with a full size pool table, ping pong and foosball tables. The home was centrally located and we even had a bridal shower in the large kitchen,dining, living area! I have heard nothing but great things and thanks from all who stayed in or visited the house.

  Given the inexpensive affordability with this place, and compared to other rentals I've paid through this website, I was little skeptical about the nicety. When I arrived at the rental, (mind you after a 20 hour drive from Nashville) I was astounded by the exquisite decor and quality of the house. The beds were comfortable, along with the couches and the chairs in the living room. My guests and I had a little issue with the front door, however, the owner was quick to fix the problem and we were grateful! Despite my flood of questions and calls as I settled into the home, the owner was gracious and willing to answer any of my questions with delight. Everything was clean and the bathrooms were impeccable. The upstairs bathroom was nice to walk into in the morning because of the ambient sunlight emanating from the skylight. The game room was a nice touch, complete with a foosball table, a ping pong table, and I believe a pool table. The kitchen was complete with all the tools you need to cook with, however, you may need to buy food supplies if you plan to do a little cooking. You're in luck if you need to shop for groceries. There's a Walmart, King Soopers (a Kroger subsidiary), Whole Foods if you need to stock up for the stay. The house is in a very convenient location, about 5 minutes away from the mall and a plethora of restaurants and shops. Not to mention its also 5-10 minutes away from the interstate, which makes it convenient to drive to downtown Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, etc. There are multiple tv's in the house making it easy to entertain everyone in the house at the same time. While there were people watching a movie downstairs and people watching tv upstairs, I was able to retreat to the bedroom and watch tv from the comfort and privacy of the bedroom. Plus there's a large collection of DVD's and videos, if you so desire to stay home and watch a movie. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay. We (all 11 of us) traveled from Nashville, TN to attend a church friend's wedding in Colorado Springs and thoroughly were grateful to come home after a long day and relax at such a luxurious yet affordable house rental. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that I know that is heading to Colorado Springs for vacation. If I came to visit again, I would definitely book this place again! I loved staying here and it truly felt like a home away from home!

  Stayed for 3 nights 4 days in February with 3 other couples. House was great, had all the immenities needed. Wonderful places to all gather together and visit. Allysia was very accomadating and checked up to make sure we had all the things we needed. Thanks again

  We would definitely recommend this home to our friends and family. the listing description was accurate, the listing photos do a good job of reflecting the appearance and amenities but in our opinion, they don't do it enough justice....it's really much better in person! Kudos to the owners; you have a cozy, relaxing and inviting place, we enjoyed our stay and will come back!

  I just spent a week in this home with my husband, children and1 of my grandchildren and loved every minute of it. I love my own home but when I say this is a lovely home and it felt like home away from home I meant it. This truley was one of my best vacations ever because as everyone knows after a long day there is nothing like coming home and I did just that each day we were there. The house is just like the pictures show it is perfect in so many ways. The yard is big the beds are comfortable there is enough room to be able to have your own space if needed. The neighborhood is quite and clean. I have rented many homes in my time for vacation and this one is at the top of the list. Just bring your clothes and food and you are set to go.

  We visited our daughter during parent weekend at USAFA. This property was awesome. The layout of the home was perfect for entertaining our quests, and was spacious. The dining room table was large to accommodate everyone in our party. The owners called us during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay again. Thank you for opening up your lovely home.

  The house is nice. Very comfortable for the 4 adults and one child on our trip. Great location! Easy access to highways and very close to restaurants and stores. The bed in the down stairs bedroom is comfortable but very noisy. Use the other rooms if possible. The owner was very responsive to our calls and questions. We did run out of paper towels and trash can liners, and we had to purchase some hand soap for the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Overall it was a great place to spend my 40th Birthday.

  This rental was absolutely PERFECT for us! The owner has thought of everything you could possibly need, from charcoal, lighter fluid and matches, to interesting books, video games and dvds covering all kinds of tastes. The location was awesome. So many things to do, places to go and such a nice safe neighborhood to return home to after a day of fun. I can not say enough about the quality of ownership. A small shower problem was taken care of the very next morning. Loved the large dining table where the entire group could sit to enjoy our meals together. Kitchen was stocked with about every spice you'd need to prepare meals. The owners are friendly and you can tell they care about their place and providing the best stay they can for their guests. I will choose this place every time I return to Colorado.

  Staying at this property was a totally wonderful experience. Our family found it to be clean and extremely well equipped. My grandchildren enjoyed the sandbox and toys in the backyard, and all of the toys in the family room. We all enjoyed playing pingpong in the garage. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen could not have been any nicer. The location is in a very nice neighborhood and very close to so many fun things to do. The photos show this house extremely well. The owner was very very nice and helpful. I would (and already have) recommended this property to friends and family.
