What an awesome two nights/3days we spent in this fabulous two-bedroom condo. This well appointed unit is tastefully decorated and well stocked with ready to use provisions. The condo is conveniently located; easy to find when entering Canmore and just a quick walk to all the down-town shopping and eateries! While cooking on the barbeque, I enjoyed viewing the majestic mountainous view all the while listening to the gurgling sound of the stream below. Thanks to our landlords for such a wonderfull stay! We will certainly be back. Dan, Linda and family.

Our compliments to the owners for buying this strategically located condo and renting it to the visitors. The Condo is as described in the listing with the all the amenities and photos. All the other necessities are also located within 5 minutes of walking distance from the Condo. The owners have tastefully decorated the Condo and have equiped it with all the necessities to make vistors stay very pleasant. The beautiful view from the balcony of the Condo of 'Three Sisters' and the surrounding mountains and the Bow River is simply gorgeous. No wonder, we have already recommended this place to my friends as being the highlight of our Canadian Rockies vacation and we have no hesitation in recommending it any reviewers of VRBO.
Owner response:It is most rewarding to know that our guests appreciate the effort we put into decorating our unit in such a way as to blend in with the " wildlife theme'.

Our four night stay in VRBO #239763 was wonderful. Travelling with my husband and sister, the second full bathroom really came in handy. The condo. was clean and very well-equipped. The welcome bottle of wine was a lovely touch. I was a little apprehensive when I found out the address was on "Railway Avenue", thinking that there would be noise but it was very quiet. The view of the mountains from the balcony was spectacular. I think that the photos of the unit are very accurate. The location was very handy to the heart of Canmore and walking distance to a major grocery store. Anny was very helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and was also able to arrange an early check-in for us as our flight was coming into Calgary early. I have already recommended this property to anyone who would listen. Canmore itself was an excellent base from which to explore Banff, Lake Louise, Johnston Canyon, Lake Minnewanka, etc.
Owner response:Thank you for your review. We do our best to accommodate guests who want to arrive earlier. This is easily done if we had no guests the previous night, and the unit does not need to be cleaned on the date of the new guests' arrival. Always happy to please.

This is a very beautiful well maintained two bedroom Condo. Very comfortable, and well decorated. Having two bathrooms was nice as there were four of us. Beautiful view of mountains from the balcony. Close to downtown area and shopping. There was a bottle of white wine as a welcome gift, and having park passes available was a real bonus for us, as we were showing our relatives around the banff area. We would definitly stay at this location again.

What a fabulous relaxing stay! We arrived to find a warm, inviting atmosphere. Decorated with mountain pictures and animal figurines, the condo has a rustic urban feeling. Our little girl was pleased to see the life sized grizzly cub laying on the floor beside the gas fireplace. We even found children's books for all ages and some books for adults who finished their own on the journey. We were surprised to find a "petit cadeau" in the fridge; an excellent addition to the BBQ supper we prepared when we arrived. It was easy to find all the kitchen utensils and, with a baby on board, the dishwasher is very appreciated. We felt as though we were staying at a hotel yet there was also a feeling of familiarity and coziness. We will definitely be staying here again and I have made sure to tell all my family and friends about this wonderful vacation home away from home.

My family and I were at this condo on new years eve. We were able to enjoy Canmore's new year eve fireworks right from the balcony. This is a great place to stay. The rooms were quiet. The location couldn't be better, so close to groceries and two pubs. Our hosts left us a bottle of wine, a new years hat and happy new year napkins. We felt very welcomed. Would certainly go back.

They say location is everything. Well, this condo definitely is the best location in Canmore. Conveniently located to everything, we could walk to most every place we wanted to go. We didn't always have to take our car out once it was parked in the garage, unless we were taking a driving trip to Banff or the Columbia Icefields. My husband was ill one day so being within walking distance of everything was a great plus for me. A morning stroll for Sunday services at the first church build in Canmore (1891) was convenient and topped off by a visit to Arts in the Park next to the Northwest Mounted Police museum, all within a couple of blocks of the condo. The location of the condo which overlooks Policeman's Creek was ideal for us as birdwatchers. From the balcony with binoculars raised, we could enjoy the bird sightings and then sip on the wine gifted by the hosts. From start to finish working with owner Anny was a pleasant experience. Celebrating our 50th anniversary (we're really not that old - just married young and it lasted!) we wanted our stay to be hassle free and Anny made that possible. She made sure every question we asked was answered promptly and to the fullest. Her integrity and honestly was above reproach. The bank miscalculated the correct funds to be sent for our payment and Anny cheerfully sent a refund for the over-payment amount. We found the condo to be clean and orderly and as described. No unpleasant surprises! The Bear Mascot kept us safe. lol The park pass provided was an added plus when we journeyed to Banff & the Columbia Icefields. We also stayed at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise hotel as part of our 50th Anniversary trip and we enjoyed our stay at the condo just as much, in a different way. The two stays paired together made for a memorable Canadian Rockies trip. Restaurants within walking distance was a plus. We could walk to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items which helped us to have a leisurely start of the day while enjoying coffee and breakfast on the balcony with the beautiful view of the Three Sisters snowcapped peaks. I'll end by saying, "location, location, location". This condo has it all. Dr. Tom & Nadine Barker

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Canmore. The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. My wife, myself and Mother in Law were very impressed and happy to call it our "home" for the week we spent here. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful with all of the information we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this condo to anyone searching for lodging in the beautiful Canadian Rockies.
