Queen bed in Master, also has a chair that converts to a twin bed in master bedroom. Living room has a pullout Queen bed and a Full size leather futon. Elevated pool deck and common area includes amazing view of Sail Bay a 7 1/2' deep heated pool and BBQ.
BBQ dinner and watch the fireworks from Sea World reflect on the water, or walk to the Ocean and fish from Crystal Pier. Play Bocce Ball/Beach Volleyball/Horseshoes right outside the building.
The unit has an underground parking space, but there is so much to do with in walking distance, you can leave the car behind. Walk to Catamaran Resort and have brunch or go to the Day spa. Visit Belmont park with an authentic wooden roller coaster and rides for the kids. Sea Kayak, or take the William D. Evans Stern Wheeler for a Bay cruise. Sea World is less than 20 minutes away, as is the San Diego Zoo, airport and down town San Diego.
The unit faces the interior Spanish style courtyard, complete with lush palms and 2 fountains. The building sits right on the sands of Sail Bay and the common area has an amazing view.
Rent sail boats, water skis, row boats or jet skis. This amazing location is just 20 minutes from the best golfing at Torrey Pines or 25 minutes from the Del Mar Racetrack. You won't want to leave. Temperatures average mid 70's year round. Best weather in the US and no bugs!!! Surfing is 10 minutes away, and don't forget the best shopping at Horton Plaza, Fashion Valley, UTC and La Jolla and Del Mar. There is a park steps away for the children with swings and climbing structures.

Year Purchased: 1988
We have owned and loved this property for 21 years. We have rented it full time until we renovated it completely this April. Now, our plan is to use it for half the time and share it the other half. It is a wonderful place to be and you will feel a million miles away from work...truly a great escape!
Why the Owner Chose Pacific Beach
We bought the property as our primary residence...and would never think of selling it. I hope it will stay in our family forever, as there are so many happy memories there! Our first baby was brought home here, and took her first steps on the boardwalk!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
While staying at the Ocean is great, sometimes it is too loud and noisy. The great thing about the bay and this property is that the Ocean is walking distance, and you can come back to the relaxing bay. It is so peaceful and tranquil, yet there is a vibrancy and energy there. Everyone is out exercising, walking, jogging and enjoying the beauty. All the amenities of home are included...and if you want hotel amenities, just walk to the nearby Catamaran for a Spa Day, brunch or boat ride. There is so much to do, the hardest thing to do is plan the trip so you can get it all in!
