This large, two- bedroom condo is the perfect place for renters looking for comfort and value. While this unit has not been renovated, its look has been updated and it has everything you need to have a great Maui vacation. The living room and dining room furniture is brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We provide you with a coffee maker, espresso machine, rice cooker. Blender and pretty much anything else you’ll need. Of course, if you want to eat out, there are tons of restaurants within walking distance. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit that makes laundry a snap- don't bring much with you! We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, beach mats, chairs and umbrella so pack lightly. You really won’t need to bring much more than your bathing suit and camera. The lanai has a large table and chairs for outdoor eating.
There is an air conditioner in both the main living area as well as in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with a brand new mattress and box spring, plenty of drawer space and a television. The master bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a new toilet. The second sleeping area, which can be closed off from the living room with sliding shoji screens, sleeps three people in a brand new queen size bed and a twin bed. The living room sofa converts to a full size bed for even more space and there is a television with basic cable and a DVD player. There is a small desk in the living room with a WiFi connected computer. If you plan on working while on vacation (not recommended for maximum fun), you may want to bring a laptop, as this computer runs best for light internet usage. The Haleakala Shore complex is directly across from Kamaole III beach and park- a wonderful place to swim, snorkel and, if you visit during the winter, watch our beloved humpback whales. The beach, which has lifeguards, is a mere 100 yards from our condo complex and the park has picnic tables, grills, shade trees, a public restroom and play area. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and you’ll find Kihei to be the perfect location on Maui- centrally located for day trips around the island but totally complete if you want to stay close to home. There are three large full service grocery stores nearby. You’ll have your choice of several nearby golf courses and there are public tennis courts down the road.
Haleakala Shores has a lovely pool area with chaise lounges, tables and chairs and a shaded lanai for you to enjoy a meal under. There are two gas grills available for your use.
