Why the Owner Chose St. Petersburg
We bought this place for our kids and the big extended family who are visiting from out of US. It is the best place for entertainment and large family. There is no need to leave home to have fun. Everything is here to enjoy. Few minutes to downtown Saint Petersburg and Bay Walk. Lots of nice restaurants close by. Easy drive to Disney and Busch Gardens.
The Unique Benefits at this House
This property is in a very quiet neighborhood. We are right on the water and next to the park. There is no need to go out to fish. Just sit by the dock and catch fish. There is real wild life in the back yard. Lots of birds sit by the pool area. Manatees and dolphins are always in this cove area. They are so close that you can watch them without coming out of the house. The kitchen is great for entertainment. The sunroom has the nicest wood fire place to sit around.

My husband and I moved from Vancouver, Canada to Seattle and then to Florida. We bought the beautiful water front house close to our kids school. We have our own private beach in our back yard and next to a nice park. Kids were swimming in the pool all year long. Now they are all gone and this place is too big for us. We love to see other kids to enjoy it. We own a 24’ boat on the dock. You can sit on the attached bench on the dock and see the dolphins and manatees plays. Every afternoon witness the passage of passenger course passing by. Wake up with sunrise on Christmas morning and the song of birds on the beautiful mature trees. Pick up your own grapefruits from the tree on the back yard. I am sure you will come back to this luxury waterfront house.
