This place was perfect for us. The grandchildren loved the pool and water slide. We caught fish off the dock and enjoyed sunrises over the cove. We watched pelicans fish, ospreys tend their nest, and manatees and dolphins visit; all from the pool deck. We walked our dog in the park next door and another about five blocks away every day. The 15 minute drive to downtown St. Petersburg or St. Pete Beach gave us easy access to sites, restaurants, and many activities. Sarasota, with the opera, shopping, and Ringling Museum, is an easy hour’s drive. The house itself is very well equipped with bedding, towels, cooking facilities and dishes and very comfortable. The owner went out of her way to help us recover some jewelry with high sentimental value that we inadvertently left behind. We are seriously thinking of a return visit to this great location.
Owner response:It was a pleasure to have you in our place. I hope to see you next year.

Thank you sooo much! What a beautiful home! This is the perfect way to celebrate turning 50 years old! The online pictures are perfect, but being there in person is 100% better. Everything we needed was at the house. Easy to get to the store and airport. We will be back. It is so much more comfortable than staying in a hotel! We were there 8 days and went to out to dinner twice- that is it. The rest of the time we cooked in the marvelous kitchen. We had coffee every morning on the deck watching the manatees in the cove. Sometimes there were 3 there! We watched the pelicans and osprey pluck fish right in front of our eyes. While fishing from the dock, we watched the fish jump almost over our lines! We were in the pool non stop. It is wonderful only sharing your pool with friends and family instead of an entire hotel! We saw 4 large cruise ships pass by! I really could go on and on. Reza and family are very welcoming and made the entire transaction very easy. From communication one, I knew I made a great choice and I could trust the people we were working with. It was very hard to come back to reality! Thank you again for a wonderful stay... We will return!
Owner response:It is always great to have happy guests. Remember returned customer gets 10% discount on the rental rate. Hope to see you again.

We returned to this place again his year and had a wonderful experience, just like last time. The owners are great and very accommodating. The house was clean and well maintained. The pool was a big hit with the kids again. It was wonderful to swim in a heated pool during a heavy downpour. Manatees visited regularly and fishing off the dock was great as well. The owners got us in touch with a local captain for a day fishing out in Tampa Bay. Overall a wonderful trip and will not be our last time in this place
Owner response:We love to have you back anytime. Thank you for your support.

My extended family stayed here for Thanksgiving. Very well maintained. Everyone enjoyed sitting on the dock watching manatees at our feet and dolphins frolicking offshore. Kitchen and dining room were perfect for big family meals. We have already made plans to return. The location is very convenient.
Owner response:It is nice to know that you had a good time. I am sure you will have a better time in your next vacation here.

I was a little hesitant at first in renting out someones home, but I am so happy I did. Not only did I save so much money for the 12 nights I stayed there with my family, compared to going to a hotel, but I was also very impressed by the hospitality of the owners. Four spacious rooms including a gorgeous master bedroom. The water front view is spectacular, especially coming from a small city in Kentucky and the pool was blue as the sky! I plan to come back again next year with my family!

Very well stocked home, more than any other rental I have vacationed at. Large pool a hit with the kids. Owners very helpful and honest. In close contact by phone and email. Beautiful location on the ocean and next to Bay Vista park where the kids ran around for hours. Fished off the pier and watched herons lounge around the pool. Beach clean and a variety of ocean life for the kids to find. Lots of beach toys and gear provided. Basketball and net. Pool table and foosball. Can park several cars in driveway easily. Short drive to St Pete Beach and Ft Desoto. Easy drive from airport. Close to main highways and lots of great restaurants. Plenty of room in the house for large groups but easy to keep out of each other's way. Quiet neighborhood. Recommended restaurants: Guppy's for seafood, Red Mesa and Los Mexicanos for tex-mex. Rainy afternoon: Tampa aquarium, museum of science and industry (MOSI) Groceries: Publix on 54th
Owner response:It was nice to have you in our place. Thank you for your time to put the comments. It really means a lot to us. I hope to see you again in your next vacation.

My friends and I spent a week of our summer in this house. It is a wonderful location with a park and a beach just seconds from the house. The mall is only minutes away as well as a grocery store for those midnight cravings. The owners were very welcoming and kind. The house has everything you need to keep yourself entertained while indoors. We did not want to leave!! We will be back very soon.

I stayed here for a family reunion. We all loved it. My 80 years old parents and my teen ages kids loved it the most. My brother had a 6 years old and he was busy playing all the time. The place is gorgeous. We didn’t need anything other than grocery shopping for staying there. This was the most comfortable and beautiful place we have ever been. We will come back next year.

We stayed here this year for our kids spring break. Everything you can ask is here. My kids loved the pool and my husband enjoyed fishing by the dock and I loved watching dolphins and manatees. Inside the house lots to keep the kids busy such as two pool tables (one for adults and one for kids). Foosball table, air hockey, and table tennis for kids. The cable TV was great to watch movies at night. The wireless internet kept us in touch with home. We plan to come for our spring break.

A great property. The pool is large enough to enjoy and deep enough to have a board and slide. The twin beds in the third BR are really great. The location is very close to I-275. Lots of room. The owner went was incredible in being flexible with our change in plans--thanks to the airlines!! The owner had great communication and things were just as we expected. It could not have been any better for our group of 6. Rent with them if you are in St. Petersburg or area.

Wonderful place to stay. Our kids had a great time swimming and fishing. The park nearby was a bonus. We had lunch in downtown area a few times, just 5-10 minute drive. quiet neighborhood. Luxurious accommodation. Very friendly and hospitable hosts. We cannot wait to go back.
