From the moment you enter Naples Lakes Country Club you know you have entered one of the best facilities in all of Naples. The course, designed by Arnold Palmer, has been recently upgraded and is one of the most beautiful in all of Naples. This is a golf course that can satisfy even the best golfers. You can play here daily and be very satisfied.
No expense was spared in decorating and furnishing our "home away from home". This property is not being used as much now by our family because of kids in school. So other than a couple times a year it sits mostly unused. We would love to have you spend some time here. We bet it'll be the best trip to sunny Naples, Florida.
You will love spending a month or two in the beautiful Naples area. Naples enjoys some of the best weather during the cold months up north. This coach home is large enough to bring the grown kids down for a visit. Enjoy the cool mornings or evenings on the lanai and the afternoons playing golf, going to the beach or pool. Marco island is close just about 10-15 minutes south on Route 951. Downtown Naples is close and not a lot of traffic to get there.

Year Purchased: 2004
We were blessed to find one of the nicest condos in Naples Lakes Country Club. This is the premier bundled golf club in all of Naples. The property is lined with Palm trees and is beautiful. Designed by Arnold Palmer the course is highly rated(5 sets of tees) and the community built by Toll Brothers was voted as community of the year. We gave great attention to decorating and furnishing our condo to be our home away from home. Our neighbors are just terrific and have become close friends.
Why the Owner Chose Naples Lakes
We have found the location of Naples Lakes Country Club to be excellent. We are close to downtown and the beach, both without a lot of traffic. Our location just south of Highway 75 on Route 951 (Collier) is close to grocery stores, local restaurants and Route 41. Within the complex we are close to the Clubhouse and 2 pools both with Jacuzzi. Walking to the driving range takes just a few minutes.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
This home offers a very spacious floor plan and raised ceilings. Our condo is warm and homey and has Mediterranean feel to it. The square footage is 2,600 sq ft and it feels even bigger. The outside screened in porch(lanai) area adds another couple hundred square feet. This is perfect for breakfast or that first cup of coffee. Great view of the golf course from the second floor lanai overlooking one of the fabulous lakes around the course.
