Why the Owner Chose Sea Isle City
This is a well established community with many wonderful restaurants, activities and beautiful beaches. Close to Ocean City's Amusement Park but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet! In the summer there are twice weekly free concerts.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Great Room in this house is gorgeous! The windows offer a view of the ocean to the front and the bay to the back. There is approx. 1200 square foot of decking where you can sit and enjoy the shore! The kitchen is "state of the art" with granite counters and stainless steel refrigerator. Since we have travelled with kids, we appreciate what you might need in the house what you don't want to bring. This house has a high chair, kids movies, and a booster seat. There are additional amenities such as a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and a blender! You can dine out at the many different restaurants or cookout with your guests - right at the house.
