Mesquite Country Club is one of the most favorable locations in Palm Springs. This condominium is located in Phase 4 and is an attractive, very clean, corner, bottom unit desirably located steps away from the heated community pool and spa. This unit is spacious and modernized with 2 bedrooms, one king-size bed, and one queen-size bed, 2 baths, with new carpets, new furniture and all new appliances. There are two tiled patios that are enclosed with iron railing and are completely furnished with a patio set and barbeque.
Mesquite Country Club is located minutes away from the airport and downtown Palm Springs. It hosts an 18 hole golf course, club house, tennis courts, swimming pools, beautiful walking/biking trails and more. The landscaping is perfectly manicured and consistently maintained.
This unit has wonderful sunlight coming through all day long and has ample parking situated steps away from the front entrance.
This is a NO SMOKING and NO PETS unit! Tenants must be 25 years of age or older. This unit is not suitable for children.

My husband and I had vacationed in Palm Springs for several years before purchasing our condominium in Mesquite Country Club. We love all things the Coachella Valley has to offer from the great golfing, wonderful dining, and shopping that is second to none. Although, it is the undeniable perfect desert weather that kept us coming back and solidified our decision to purchase our vacation home.

We loved our say ! The place is super clean, everything is up to date and new. You are close to the airport, however you dont hear the airplanes (bonus). Nice and quiet here and at the same time only minutes from downtown. A king size bed in the master bedroom and a tv. What more could you want. The owners are great (just nice,nice people). I already miss breakfast at Coco's . Without a doubt I recommend staying here. The owners did an awesome job on perfecting this property. Thanks so much.

This is an end unit on the ground floor in Phase 4. It is very clean and well furnished. The back patio faces the pool and hot tub which is about 40 steps. The grounds in the complex are extremely well maintained. This is a great location if you like the Palm Springs area. It is close to all amenities and Palm Canyon Drive. I have stayed in a number of units in Phase 4 and like this unit the best. This is the reason I rent this unit each year. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I have found this to be an outstanding value given its location.

We were very pleased with the updated decor and the appearance of the property. It was clean and well maintained with linens and many other necessities. The owners were extremely helpful with reservations or any questions and concerns. The location was great for walking or visiting down town, although my husband said it was to close to SteinMart. We had friends staying at different units and they agreed our unit was the best. We hope to return again next year. Barry & Sally

Unit is immaculate. Well maintained, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The description and photos are accurate. Owners are helpful and attentive to your needs. Well located, near golf, airport, and downtown Palm Springs. Excellent walking and biking trails. Walking distance to two shopping centers. One of the best units in Mesquite.

Very clean, all amenities required for our convenience and comfort. Easy access, good parking, central location to Palm Springs activities and airport. Photos accurately reflected rental's appearance. Owner pleasant and helpful.

Nicely furnished ground floor unit--easy access . Close to pools. Clean and well maintained. Covered parking . Close to amenities in Palm Springs. Computer in unit a plus. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend .
